Just breathe but be conscious of it. This is all you have to do. And when you breath in expand your diaphragm outward and upon exhale slowly push the air from your lungs and then push the air from your tummy so to speak. Go slow and be aware while you are doing this. This is a safe exercise and very effective.

What in your opinion, is the most valuable and informative text concerning Thoth?
I couldn't really say, as I'm probably not aware of all or most of them, on top of what is either pure fabrication or conjecture. I'd say to let things lead you where they may and maintain critical thinking with questioning EVERYTHING you might encounter.

The archetype is an amalgamation of several deities, principles, and historical figures and thus would have possibly become inherent in the subconscious although latent. Experience of this archetype I think is encountered through synchronicities

I've seen large bluish bird image in the sky at night near the moon in photos I've taken and sometimes something that resembles a Pokemon ball lol..been trying to figure it all out

@@AltrusianGraceMedia my main concern currently is the intentions of what seems to be in my environment and why I'm being made aware of it all...i understand that Thoth is a collective consciousness, like Christ and Ra...if not please correct me because I have little resources and trying to figure it out alone mostly but I know it's I Important...so I imagine Thoth as whole but becoming separated as he appears on earth, like light refraction....we are light so that would make sense, right? Like the one true source.. God projecting Christ, light..which refracts and so here we are...like colors.. please forgive my poor ability to explain very clearly..
I barely passed science classes and was never a religious person really, maybe that's what has openings me to this experience...
I think Thoth is the spiritual counterpart of Hermes Trismegistus who seems to be a worldly collective himself. While there is no ancient basis of evidence for its existence, the Kybalion is an excellent handbook to put these figures into context.
If we truly are all one in being then I Am Thoth as well as Jesus of Nazareth. Oh yeah!

Not channeled in the traditional sense. The gnostic Logos is akin to the voice of inspiration, but in this case was guided to hear it through a series of synchronicities

@@AltrusianGraceMedia Thank you I'm glad you enjoyed it I'm working on another which includes the stars within the constellations and other constellations but not to many people know the names of stars which many are Arabic and most can't even tell you all the constellation in the zodiac plus I will be giving definition to some of the words used so people will know why they say what they say and then the problem with the length of my videos, they may come out in short videos if YT doesn't verify my e-mail address, but hopefully in about a week.
