Apparently the cube can be opened and I did get mine open. I was really really worried I would break the thing but it opened without snapping anything. I guess my cube was just attached more firmly than everyone else's.

I really wish they would have done a much better marketing process for this movie. Having a pack of the other teams in the maze would be great. A few Red Wizards would be nice.
And do tie ins that are better than Old Spice.

This is a definitely good set of minis. Includes the most memorable creatures from the movie, which were of course very classic D&D creatures, making this a great set for new DMs.
Can't stand the price, though. :P

The cube in my set was not glued. (Or if it was almost no glue was used)
