The Armed Forces Memorial), come rain or shine on Saturday the 5th of October 2024 proudly wearing my army beret and cap badge, as I do every year. Dan, i attended this protest in Downing street , i wanted to tell the government that ive had enough of living in fear & i want them to deal with knife crime & uncontrolled immigration. The police were deliberately winding people up , arresting people for standing still, charging at people for no reason. They kettled us & i begged to leave as it was getting dark they wouldn't let us leave, i filmed the police punching a man & had my phone snatched from my hands - stamped on. This is a very serious situation & after what I've seen & experienced with my own eyes i can say the police are deliberately operating a two tier policing & they know & they were snarling & laughing at us . I am now more determined than ever ,to attend every match against this tyranny as i possibly can.
I saw the same behaviour in 2020 at the London peaceful marches

Ive been on the end of police fists and I agree they will use horrible tactics and violence and falsley arrest people in order to ensure that protests dont grow and are inhospitable. Where that happens it should be opposed. The public are a power, they are a unwanted power by other power brokers.
What i object too is quite predominant celeb culture (across the polittical spectrum including Robinson, Farage, Taylor Swift and whom ever) figures are capatalising on the murder of kids without knowing the facts because there hasent been enough time to investigate what's happened. That groups of people that played no part in the crime are being scapegoated by some of these protests but because of an association born in mind of those enraged.
We cant deal with the underlining causal effect of immigration without understanding the driving forces that compells people to find a more stable environment to live. It is what you are saying you want, its what I want its what the people desperate enough to make the journey want. There is an economic global system in play that ensures people starve to death, that people are exploted, that people face being bombed ect ect. There is also a material gain from that process for people in this world. The actors of harm are not people in hotels that were getting surrounded. Nor the majority of people in mosques. Did the lad who committed the act of murder even go to the mosques that were getting targeted? Let alone has been established he received instruction from those places? So some of this needs to be reflected on.

I have just visited the British war cemetery in Bayeux, Normandy. Literally, thousands of graves of young men who died serving their country. My father was 19 when he arrived in Normandy in June 1944. He survived. Why did these men give their lives for a country that no longer respects the rights of their compatriots who experience an influx of illegal unwanted, uninvited migrants? Let’s be clear about this, I teach about a genuine Far Right regime, that of Germany from 1933-45. There is NO such Far Right group in the UK of 2024. The reality is that those who are the elites who control us through their wealth and power, mostly in metropolitan London, label anyone as ‘Far Right’ if they criticise, question or get provoked to violence with the transformation of our society and culture which has been on steroids since 1997 and which is overwhelmingly left leaning in politics. Check the last census details online if you don’t believe me. All that said, that obviously doesn’t include the millions of illegals in the UK - and the figures of those continue to mount. It’s easy to get despondent about our fabulous country (I certainly do!) but it’s not as bad as you are saying. All the best!

Haven't watched TV for over 3 years and can't understand why anyone is still paying for a licence.
Given that, my 95 yr old mum gets a free Licence and watches TV so obviously until such time that I am then expected to pay it, I'll be cancelling it and ditching the TV too.

I am increasingly shocked and angry to the point of being emotional to witness the treatment of decent British citizens at Westminster this week. I am a mum and grandmother and my mum served in the WAAF in World War II and is till alive living independently. I am ashamed at what I am seeing. I don't condone violence by any one, and that includes the police. I want to see one of those individual police offices growing some balls (male or female) and showing some integrity. I want to see just one officer removing their riot helmet and badge and showing solidarity and respect with the good, brave public...on video which can be shared across the Nation. Which individual officer has the courage to do it? It's just a job after all...but there is so much to be gained.

Most Brits don't want to riot in the streets, destroy property, attack police officers, be arrested, face a court and end up with a criminal record. They are not thugs. What we have seen recently are broken-hearted people driven to anger by a clear sense of injustice that has been collectively perpetrated upon them for some time now.
All they expect is that everyone living or residing in the UK uphold the rule of law as an essential expression of what should be our shared belief in human rights. These two principles are the foundation of our society and have given us the way of life we value so highly. We cannot compromise on this matter.

I live in a small town in Shropshire. The government has started flooding us with immigrants & I can tell that the old town residents are feeling fearful. We're seeing burkhas on our streets for the first time ever. A little town in the sticks! What is happening? There's no assimilation at all.
