Why does the French National Rally and the AfD (Alternative for Germany)? I live here and I know many who say they have voted or will vote AfD. They are the 2nd largest party in Germany now, the German Labour is in pieces. The reason is...there not all far-right (there are some nationalists), but of all the problems there are regarding Germany, Energy, Inflation, Pollution, Rents, Housing...the number one grievance is the migration. So all these AfD voters are nor far-right thugs...they are coming from normal working- middle class families old people and young people. Some Saudi bought a hotel near me and it's full of "refugees". The police are there every 2nd night. Some years ago, on New Years Eve, several hundred refugees along with North Africans stormed the main station and attacked and sexually abused the girls there. No police arrived arrived and they said the next day that the night was quite peaceful.It was hardly reported in the media, but in the end thru pressure from the victims, the Cologne Police chief had to resign. Now in Hamburg, there have been 2 marches from Islamists calling for a 'caliphate' in Germany. That's why the AfD gets so much support....not for a 3rd Reich.

I've seen a person of non European heritage p'ing up a roadside church in Germany - for no reason at all, in the dark bar the rather lovely church illumination - just making some point that he hates Christians or the culture. If I'd said anything I fear I may have been arrested for being a racist. Just one example of oh so many. Thing is we cannot calculate how many churches (some vast monumental ones) have been burned because so much is hushed up - which is a part of what's wrong. No info = no democracy.
