This video helped me change my seals on my 2018 wr 250f. This video was very helpful and without it I probably wouldn't have been able to do it. It took me about 3 hours to do just beacuse I had trouble splitting the forks but with your video anyone can change there fork seals. Thanks man

Why would you not freshen up the inner chamber oil at the same time? That is what takes all the damping forces, whereas the outer chamber oil lubes the spring and provides an adjustable air spring by varying the volume.
I just had a guy do my seals and I asked him if there was much are in the forks. He said of course not because you don't want much air or you'll end up with metal on metal. I had no idea what he was trying to say.

How long did it take you from start to finish with reinstalling the forks and how much in parts and tools for the job?
Can't say, I hurt my finger in the process so I took a couple of hours off, I was mad, also most of the tools I had from. Before but maybe 60 bucks worhmth of tools. 30 bucks oil and seals
theres a little hole at the bottom of my water pump and fluids coming out do that mean that theres a bad gasket idk i did put a lil to much coolant in
There are water pump seals and one of those is bad .

If you guys are cheap like me, don't buy the seal driver. Take some electrical tape and wrap it around the fork leg a bunch of times until its about 1/4 of an inch thick. Then use that to hammer in the fork seal by moving the whole inner fork tube down into the outer tube. You're welcome
