Fun fact the author who wrote Chainsaw man is friends with the author of Jujutsu Kaisen. They both mentioned that they get inspired by one another and take ideas from one another. Both there story’s are different but you might come across similar things between the two story’s bc of that.
Denji isn't a fiend. The difference between Denji and Power, is that in Power's body the devil is in charge. It's like she's possessed, the devil has full control of the girl. But it's not harming her. Denji has his devil replace his heart. He's a unique case.
SPOILERS
We saw pochita regenerated just from his heart alone when he was shot all the way to the exosphere by makima , if Pochita replaced Denji’s heart and we see it when Makima ripped it out of him, could it be that Denji can do the same thing?

Just to clarify just in case. Denji has full control of his body not pochita. Like he might be able to communicate with pochita but everything Denji is feeling or doing is himself

Fujimoto (the author) has said very explicitly that he takes a lot of inspiration from Gege of JJK - but the story is very much its own thing.
