That was interesting, i don't know Bradford but have driven through it and remember some beautiful old buildings but it did look a bit rough. As for the place featured it looks interesting, the car shells are from an old fairground ride, i remember going on one at a heritage railway near where i live.
I hope that place picks up trade and thrives although im not keen on tapas . Again with so many of your videos Mark, ive seen and heard something new . Good one 👍🐎🇬🇧🇺🇲🏴
I wouldnt go there, even if you paid me. Its a bit too rough and crime ridden for me, sorry. The cars look like old fairground cars, or dodgems. The place shown looks fantastic If only it wasn't where it is.
If that was in Leeds, a few miles down the road, it would be really popular.
But it's Bradford, and Bradford is poor and run down. It's not the sort of place I would go for a night out and there's nothing else in the city to attract people during the day.
It is a shame, but Bradford is a bit of a sh1th0le.
What an unusual place this is. Never seen the like of it. I would like to see it in 'real' life if I found myself in Bradford again.
I wouldn't bother, it's too risky with the crime, run down areas and drug dealing spiralling.
Hi Mark. Dan from Selby here. I was born in Bradford but don't know the place well, only having visited a few times as a child, so I have never heard of these wells. All I think of there is industrial grime & streets of back to back houses. I admit the City centre is quite nice, but I haven't been near the place for years, except to attend by birth mother's funeral some 20 years ago. I have always thanked God, & my adoptive parents who took me to be raised in wonderful Scarborough when I was about 5 years old, way back in the mid 50's.
I hope you enjoy this video, & I may gain a better regard for the City of my birth. I love Kiki, didn't know she was a Bradfordian until recently. She might have made me remain there if I had known! I wish! Such places as these vaults are good for startup businesses, as long as the rents are reasonable. There is a similar, though smaller thing in the vaults of the old Market Hall in Scarborough, where such small business get started, but the turnover is quite fast as some fair to flourish, while successful enterprises move on to larger premisses. The problem in Bradford is that a large section of the population is of immigrant stock, mostly Muslim, so drinking is not meant to be a great part of the culture, & females rarely get to go out much.
That's an amazing place yes. Bradford was an old industrial woollen town full of mills and chimneys. Put Bradford these days as not got a good reputation. Unfortunately.

Dangerous place
Awful. Terribly run down and dangerous. Very politically volatile at the moment. . When Police have places they prefer not to go it tells you all u need to know.
