When I discovered Andy ...Wow that was like fresh air. He is someone who inspires me so much. That feel in his music is so amazing. I don't know how he's doing this, he's got so much emotion he could blown the world away. When I listen to Andy I think this is more than words, there is no need for words in music. His music is pure magic.
its an ibanez at300 , but you cant get it new ...dont make it anymore, u can get the AT100CL , but without tune lockers , the big diference to the early signature guitars At300 and At100
I think Andy is being forced into the Vai, Satriani arena which really isnt his thing. Check out Electric Gypsey for the style of music he normally plays.
I disagree. Vai is very eclectic in his playing and has insane lydian runs...satch has his heart in blues. Two totally different guitarists can't share the same arena. Now, if by arena u mean the virtuoso arena then i agree. Satch and vai don't invite players that play exactly like they do on G3. John Petrucci, Eric Johnson and Malmsteen are perfect examples. But they do invite the best of the best :) Rock on Andy :)
yeah no kidding. half the pot smoking shit players who couldn't tell you what a harmonic minor scale is to save their lives all go for the mindless dragon force kind of shredding and don't stop to appreciate all aspects of guitar. I'm not the biggest Andy Timmons fan, but I really do appreciate his music. There is so much more depth - even compared to some normal songs with lyrics.
