Superb.!! My Goodness Andy, The Tone And Performance Are Magnificent. I Thought Your Jeff Beck “Because We Ended As Lovers” Was The Same, Flawless. You Are Without Any Doubt One Of The Best Players Of Our Time. JB
Close your eyes and it's Gary - AND then you realise it's Mr Timmons adding his own distinctive, beautiful flavour. If I could put 1% of emotion into my playing that Andy does I would be a very happy man.
Killer tone, choices, using emottive phrasing and restraint not to overplay the song...Andy doing what Andy does, being a master at this guitar thing!!
Mr. Timmons is still a kind a player that you can listen everyday without being disappointed. No pointless and useless shredding like the new generation does.
Not the guitar... the man! I have followed Andy since the 90's after I first saw him play at a Laney Amplifier's showcase. I have seen play on numerous amps and guitars. He always sounds like Andy Timmons.... lol... I have two of his signature guitars; the AT100SB, of which only 175 were made by Fujigen for Ibanez, and the AT300. This ATZ300 is certainly beautiful. But you know what, I would have had the tuners and bridge black as well.
Great playing by Andy. He made it his own while being respectful to the original. And what a tone!! Drummer was on the struggle bus though 😢. I would love to see Andy play this with his own band.
Bravo Andy! Awesome tribute for Gary. A beautiful and haunting piece of music by the late great Gary Moore. I was cranking the Wild Frontier CD over the weekend.
Andy always made it sounds like his own song! Well phrased and articulated instead of cramping with hundreds of notes. Even a note guitar playing audience will be able to appreciate this and not finding it noisy at all. ❤
Thanks Andy and band! I needed that to start my 2025! Andy I love the heart and soul you put into your guitar to make it sing! I hope to see you either in WA state or even better in Montana!
I saw Gary's " The Loner" and I was gonna skip. But I was taken by Andy's delivery and tone ,as usual, and stayed for the whole thing. Cheers Andy, Well Done.
The only other version that I know that could compete with Andy's is by Kelly Simonz. If you look for his 40th birthday performance. Played at a slower tempo.
@@Garenalexanyan I think that what happened, Andy did not give a start tempo. The Loner is a slow ballad, but how slow or how fast is done to the performer. If I may give you an example, Robben Ford, who plays a lot with back line assembled musicians, he always start his songs by giving the tempo he wants.
Timing is a mess all the way through. Everything I heard from Andy Timmons before was a treat, this was hard to get through though. The guitar sound is horrible too but that was the least big of an issue.
G m would be proud respect the linear melodies movement in music is important love feedback on my original guitar instrumental played by me and graphics by me and produced by me next will be a neoclassical original guitar instrumental
Very strange.... The group, especially at the beginning, clearly did not get into the rhythm. The instruments are not “together”, the drummer is clearly stumbling. Andy, of course, is wonderful. Moreover, it’s strange that he always has a mega-pro.
Takes me to the fantastic time Gary played on this earth. Now in heaven, r.i.p. Gary Moore. ❤
Steve Vai says when Andy is moving his feet while playing means he is really into it. Great tone as usual!!!
He did, and Andy did!
Gary was a soulful person❤️May he rest in peace...
Great tribute to the great Gary Moore. 😇Still got Gary Moore

BettBetter than the original, amazing Andy!!!!

Said it perfectly Brother. I’ve been playing 53 years and I feel the same way sometimes.
Gotta make the faces!! Facial expressions run through the body and into the finger tips!
Absolutely. By the way, Andy's sound seems to be here closer to Clemson's in the version on Cozy Powell's record.
Killer tone, choices, using emottive phrasing and restraint not to overplay the song...Andy doing what Andy does, being a master at this guitar thing!!
A master class in guitar playing, emotion, dynamics, passion, tasteful, playing for the song, beautiful!
Mr. Timmons is still a kind a player that you can listen everyday without being disappointed. No pointless and useless shredding like the new generation does.
That guitar tone is absolutely amazing.

@@p6x2 himself too.
@@emiliyannikolov2942 that's what I said. It's the man, not the equipment.
Thank you ANDY ! Super hot riff that GARY made me cry for the BLUES ! Deep and touching ! Thank-you both !
He's got it all! An absolute master of the highest order!
Gentlemen, I have enormous respect for you.
Great playing by Andy. He made it his own while being respectful to the original. And what a tone!!

forever be my fav guitarist ❤
Great tone. All in the touch
Nice tribute to the great Gary Mooe

My all time favorite guitarist

Tone and FEEL for DAYS!!!!!!!
Andy! No doubt you nailed it! Note by note and with the proper emotion and feeling put into each note. Great job Bro!
What a great tone.. those boogies sound great
Just beautiful ❤
Love me some Andy playing Gary!!!

Wow ❤️👍🏼🎸
Fantastic performance, Gary would be proud!
The most melodic player ever...
Beautifull tone .superb player.❤🌹👍🌹❤🙏🙏🤟❤🤟🤟🤟🤟

Great stuff, Andy. Have a Happy New Year.
What a way to bring this piece to a close!
He sure is good.
Andy Timmons is one of my favorite guitarists ever!

Only one thing to say to that . . . HELL YEAH!
Amazing player Amazing tone!
Hey Andy, one of my favorite Blues ballad; I am going to see you on January 11th at the Sanctuary.
I saw Gary's " The Loner" and I was gonna skip. But I was taken by Andy's delivery and tone ,as usual, and stayed for the whole thing. Cheers Andy, Well Done.
Andy is one of a kind, not the most famous, but he surely is my favourite.
🔥🔥🔥
Awesome
Starting 2025 off right! 🙌🔥
,,,,how about that A.T.signature Ibanez,,,,,wow.....epic performance,,,as always,..............❤
👍👍

It feels like even the band wanted to applaud, but didn't want to interrupt just in case
❤❤❤❤
Vay❤
❤
Andy, how did you fit that fat tone in the room with you and the guys ? Kudos to all, Gary would be proud !!!
Dalam ketegangan
The drummer was faster than Andy then he followed the time beat
Tributo a Clem Clempson, que ainda está vivo.
Sempre esquecem do grande guitarrista que Clempson é
Did you guys catch it? he asked to slow down the tempo.
👍
Drummer messed up 😢

They seemed to have gotten the groove towards the end

Was Max Middleton the actual composer of this tune?
Solidly Competent. You’ve been playing for 40 years can’t you do anything more jaw-dropping? Cmon
Done Gary Moore Proud! Good Job Andy!! Effing Awesome! Happy New Year 🎉!
What's with the drummer? His playing was off.
Yeah the rhythm section seemed sloppy

Nadie que ame la música debe perderse el cover de Abim Finger.

Andy is great. Gus g did a great job on this song.
awesome but there is something missing.
Gotta clean that guitar .... LOL
Not interesting Intro ; thé best are thé long versions
Great Player, but I miss the Moore feeling. Listen to the cover from John Norum from Europe....more spirit
Is that Mesa Boogie sound really THAT bad?? :-(
Poor drumming
Not the best drummer out there for sure!
Too much notes vs less feeling than Gary Moore

Not a greet mix! Andy’s guitar doesn’t sound good in this mix
Please Dont try Andy Timmons Stuff Just play Like Gary Moore.
Sampe kapanpun PC akan selalu ada usernya
Andy Timmons has been one of my favourite guitarists.
