That 6.5 Million dollar price is an ABSOLUTE STEAL ! I would IMMEDIATELY start converting the top half to Apartments for AIR BNB! I would ALSO RENT out the bottom commercial spots at at least a 25% Discount to EVERYBODY downtown to get immediate cash flow! I know San Francisco very well and the 1 thing that is ALWAYS needed is rental housing at a decent price!
I wonder if it's the type of building where it makes sense to convert to residential. Unfortunately, very few office buildings make sense to convert. We shall see!
Congrats Bro!! Negative comments! You made it. lol. Cities or Country both have benefits. Imagine going to a different restaurant every night, top medical care and not having to drive everywhere. However I am in the mood for a smaller city or town close to a large one
I was in LA in march for the first time. I was shocked I’m from Brooklyn and the amount of homeless tents is nothing compared to what you see on tv. Plus stores close so early didn’t expect that from a major city
Yeah the homelessness is outta hand out here. I moved from Brooklyn and couldn’t believe it. Very unfortunate and it’s only gotten worse. Hope you enjoyed outside of that!
I went to San Francisco in 2023 and Los Angeles in 2022. I reside in NYC. Lots of homelessness, people doing and smoking whatever and mental health issues in all three cities. NYC surprisingly gets way more tourists than the others. Where can I pick up a cheap commercial property in SC or GA. Can I call the banks?
Shoutout to NYC my hometown is Brooklyn. Yeah it's definitely wild in some parts of LA and SF. As far as picking those up you may wanna talk to a broker.
at what point in the video did I say these two buildings represent the whole market? You must not have actually watched the whole video. I shared two stories and gave my opinion as well as context/data around what's happening in the commercial real estate space. if that's click bait then I wasn't aware of the new definition lol.
@@Vin-pd7mh I think it's important to understand commercial vs residential. There is no foreclosure crisis coming to residential, the numbers are nowhere near where they were ten years ago.
Great video as always. You never get comments. Maybe that’s a good thing.
thank you!

I always comment on your channel. I guess I never said where I am from.
I remember you!
Prizes won’t decrease significantly since inflation is high economically just not possible
For residential or commercial? I think office is toast
@@blackrealestatedialogue I agree ! Office is and will be even more toasted 🪣

Cities suck, imagine wanting to live in concrete
A building selling at a foreclosure auction does not describe the entire market. Click bait.
