It's not bizarre he realized that world teacher can't belong to a single religion or nation as the name speaks itself WORLD TEACHER. He was a great soul but as a teacher he was so high that people couldn't understand him even until this day.
He did not consider himself 'high'. He often emphasised not to even take his words as an authority because he saw the necessity for intelligent self-enquiry. He often referred to himself as just 'the speaker' and, adamantly refused any role as any kind of a guru.
Each time when I get trapped in all the teachings, the beliefs, the dogmas of any particular religion or authority to discover more, these videos actually make me free from all that confusion, and inspire me to discover myself in a direction which is actually directionless. The problem with the world is Kardashians are more known and accepted than Krishnamurti. That is to say our modern orientation as humans is towards the external and not the internal for the search for truth. Why this video does not have 50 million views is beyond me.
I was fortunate to hear him speak in person three times, twice in New York and finally in Washington DC less than a year before he died. As he walked out of the Kennedy Center in DC, I was amazed at how straight and briskly he could walk at age 90. Just as he walks in this video. He was in his 80s here. He only slowed down in his final months. And his mind never slowed at all. He was so full of life right up to the end. That in itself says something about his teaching.
As a young child, I saw posters of him in the local library (Hilversum, Netherlands). I had no idea what it was about, but I never forgot the name Krishnamurti and his face. I thought he was scary haha!
Timeless, spotless teachings. Now that we heard, the only way to repay his compassion is to live like him, simply, completely attentive in every action and energetically till we leave this earth. To humanity, lights within all. Thanks K and friends.
There are these moments during his talks where he realizes some people go sleepy or lose interest. 1:10:36 was one of those moments.Having realized that... He asked the most reasonable & healthy question: " so what are you interested in? " that question really bothered my illusion..Having seen his expressions and hearing the tone of his voice. It just felt sincere.. revolutionary question that MUST to be answered by every single one of us. However the ultimate question was 1:13:43 . My so far self Psychological observations are; We as human species are being pacified, blinded, distorted, distracted and isolated by our own technological and scientific society.

Apparently, it scares SO MUCH to take this kind of Responsibility, that we do not even feel scared of not doing it - instead, we just think...: "never mind", and push aside the idea,... and Procrastinate the Change, the hell out of it. The opening statements are mind boggling. It's interesting thinking on the silence, the inevitable silence that awaits us, and though silent, full of love and compassion, in an eternal manner, present even in the silence now, and also beyond the appearance of the temporary. And even if the silence appears cold and distant in the here and now, that those feelings are really just our own projection on to the silence. I mean it appears as though it didn't show up in a form of love and warmth, but really it itself is an all embracing spirit of love beyond the dualistic spectrum of phenominal existence.
