Could you please tell me how your guitar is setup as far as relief in neck, strings used, string ht on neck and each pickup ht to strings. What pickups are in this strat. The radius of the fret board. I have a number of strats and just haven't quite have the setup I'm looking for. I have setups on my other guitars set just fine. But they're Ibanez with 20" radius feet boards. I do a lot of bending notes. And you playing is unbelievable.

What blows me away is how Sean can cover everyone's favorite rock guitarist and master their style and embellish on-top of what each one has done.
Hey fellow guitar players, the major key to the sound here is tuning down a half step, Hendrix, Stevie, and a multiple other players do the same. It allows you to bend easily and give you a lower end sound.
That will get you about 15% of the ways there lol. But yes good to keep in mind. A strat, a tube amp, OD pedal, and some good hands will take you the rest of the way.
First off that depends on the gauge of strings. Also practice is what will get you where you want to be. That’s the truth. Lots of practice and inspiration and practice and putting your head down never being good enough and more practice and please don’t just emulate some guitarist to where you’re just a walking copy of them. This guys a great player and I’m not insulting him. He’s extremely talented!!

I've recently gotten back into guitar 15 years after being an SRV obssesed player in my teens. Loving all of these videos and really makes me regret not maintaining my skills over the years. If videos like this and your courses were around 15 years ago I might have never stopped! I'm really waiting for a Tin pan Alley cover! any plans for that in the future?

I love getting into that groove when all my practice comes together, but I find myself getting lost about 3/4 of the way into a track. You Sir, don't ever get lost. It just flows out of you in what looks like "effortless conversation" between you and your instrument. Me? I just keep practicing. One day I'll get there. Thank you for showing me how little I know. Lol....
