Sana isn't shy at all actually, the most outgoing member of Twice. The guide listing shy shy shy was referencing the viral part she sings in the song "Cheer Up", she sings "shy, shy, shy!" with a cute dance.

Its ok, i think they used too many time to twice clips to show off personality and its not really good for non once cause they dont get the context.
Oh yeah and i dont like how for some members they only used title tracks to show off their position skills like lead dancer etc.
I would recommend covers, but you haven't listened to all their bangers yet!! Also they do have a variety show on their channel called "Time to Twice" it's fun to watch!
my favourite covers are mina's snowman, dahyun's monsters and chaeyoung's off my face. mina and jeongyeon are my biases but istg momo be wrecking me too much and you really can't help but love all of them :'D

I can't speak for all introverts but my guess is Mina can do the tours and the stage shows but she probably just doesn't do much else during those times. Its not that introverts can't do things like someone with a social anxiety disorder, it usually just means that quiet alone time charges up your batteries as opposed to extroverts who get charged up in crowds and social situations.
Momo has always been my favorite! Her and Jihyo are the best dancers in the group and Momo is one of the best dancers in kpop
