The youtub algorithm is really messed up promoting certain channels. Housing is an expense, not an investment. You buy a house because you need to live and play in your house. Then foreign investors come and drive up the prices of houses and it messes up things for people that just want to live in a house. Don't you hate how investors drive up the market? But youtube is promoting your channel.
