What a bunch of Nastiness!! A monster tree, a hidden scrap metal dump and obnoxious vines....this was a hum-dinger!! Can’t wait to see how you finish up.

Hello John and crew. I enjoy watching your video's and the final results. I commend you on not being afraid of being a Christian. When Christ returns there are going to be a lot of miserable people. Keep Christ in your hearts because God is always is under control. God Bless.

I only watched a little of the video but I did watch you explaining why you don't haul away material. I guess it's beneficial to explain to people why it's not cost effective especially when you have a mulching head. Even though... it should be self explanatory. But I really like the finished results of your jobs and I think you and your guys do a good job. Keep up the good work. 👍👍

Up here in yankee country we plant Wisteria for their flowers, I had some at my old home and will have at new one in year or so. I put a 16 foot 4x4 in ground for them to grow up. My son in NC has it growing wild, beautiful plant but a pain in the butt. Also if I was near you I be metal detecting where that old house was!!!!!LOL

Not trying to be critical [easy to do while I sitting at a PC]. Just *doz that mess into a pile, and burn it down until only the metals, and concrete/bricks were left.*
Too much fuel, time, and wear/tear on your equipment spent picking through twigs. jmo. *Always enjoy your videos; God Bless.*

One of your best videos. But that site was a mess. It's a shame people leave so much trash on their land. If I have an old tire I don't through it in the woods. I get the clearing of the old trees (ceptic lines, future dead fall on the house) but how amazing would the new property be with them and it would add value to the lot. I would build my lot around them. You guys are great and love your videos!

  • @edwardgarea7650

Yet another excellent video. Your camerawork keeps getting better and better, and I attribute that to the fact that you have one heck of an editor, and as she’s a superb photographer (I’ve been to her channel), I’m sure she taught you all about the placement of your camera. You should give her a shout out every now and then. This video is also an excellent one for showcasing your business. It lets potential customers know that you’re not just a mulching contractor, that you also handle land clearing, grading and excavation. With the grading you intend to do, I think you will soon be in the market for a dozer. A Caterpillar D-4 would be perfect. Congratulations to your new employee. I hope he’s around for a long time. It helps that he can use Willie and Josh as role models. Looking forward to the next part.

Hey Dirt Road Sailing. Over here in Louisiana we have lots of Wisteria. Looks like it is similar to kudzu in root structure. And it has a beautiful pod/flower. I have one that I trim as a decorative bush. But it spreads very fast in all directions. Gotta keep on top of it.

And your leaving all the biomass there for the microbs to feed on and build fertile top soil, i do this is well and get asked the same question, craziness scrapping up good top soil and paying to put into landfill, bad for the environment and your customer is left with shit subsoil, onsite shredding is definitely far superior for the clients asset keep up the good work, once people think about it its a no brainer

I don't get why you guys don't have a burn pile burning while on the jobs that would be convenient. Bigger bulky debris can burn instead of having to haul or spend time with the Fecon which wears the teeth out. I frequently work in areas of developments and they all have debris piles burning while in this phase. During final grading I could understand hauling off

@@cathiwim the local government doesn't determine that...the state forestry commission does. As long as its not in a zoned municipality as in "city boundaries".....a burn permit is all that is required. I live in SC (same state as this video) and a 1-800# is all that is required for brush cleanup....a forestry burn isnt much more involved and the permit can be done in less than an hour.
