There are two sides of Starfish resort. There's Starfish Cayo Santa Maria and Starfish Tropical. After Hurricane Irma they closed one side of the resort down and I'm guessing due to COVID they still haven't gotten around to re-opening it. I was there in March 2019 and was able to freely roam the other half of the resort and it was a ghost town then as well.

A pretty run-down resort, but great if you love the sun and the beach. The food is all right, but the beach is the best!
