I’m staying at the Cuale Condos, and just love the place. I think tomorrow we’ll spend time at the beach. Hey Kathi, The sellers always have the right to select the selling price. We always provide a comparative market analysis and run a capital gains tax estimate and we have a method to help the seller see exactly what they will end up with after a sale. This pool accommodates the two buildings you see in the video. The sales agent told me there is a new pool pump that will be installed so the pool should be back up & running soon!
