The green sauce is called mint chutney and it is made with mint leaves, lemon juice, green chillies and yoghurt.

the papad with toppings of veggies and a masala is very specific to a few places in Bombay and along the western coast...and in a lot of these places its a staple with alcohol!

That chutney has light green color because of curd added in it and mostly we prefer to eat that chutney with tandoori chicken... It's so good to see you guys enjoying Indian food so much😊

What you had at the end also had Cumin.. In Tamil language it is called "Seeragam", which is a combination of the words "Seer + Agam".
"Seer" means "to set right/to make perfect/balanced/uniform" and "Agam" means "inside", so it means "which keeps you perfect/healthy from inside or the one which keeps your inner body in perfect balance".

Green chutney is Pudina - from Mint leaf family - and red brown chutney is tamarind or tomato. White chutney is coconut and dirty white/yellow chutney is coconut peanut or peanut chutney .
