What if there are two indentations on all my tires that aren't evenly spaced? Is that still normal or could this be a sign of road damage?

How far can you drive with a tire bulge? I've gone at least 100 miles on one. I think it'll just pop eventually.

What are the chances of having a protrusion on the inside of the tire with it only having 2k miles lol??
