Loved the video! I’m 19 weeks today and I now realize how lucky I am to be part of a church where every woman who give birth is blessed with a homemade meal for the family, provided from the other families of the church, for a whole month after they give birth! It is so helpful!
Those mesh undies actually go through the washer and dryer pretty well! I washed and reused mine until I was done bleeding postpartum completely so that I didn't have to ruin my regular undies. :)
Just had my daughter on the 4th. People have asked a bunch if I need anything and my auto response has become 'we'd love a freezer meal.' It has been such a blessing! It's help where I need help and I am soo grateful.
My sister in law and mother in law offered to make me some casseroles and maybe even meal prep some things for me in the weeks following the birth and they offered to come help with baby or chores or whatever I need so I can get sleep or a shower. I'm so glad I've got them.
I’m 9 weeks postpartum with my first. One suggestion I have is set up a snack station on your nightstand and wherever you’re going to be spending time nursing. Easy one handed items like fruit leather and nuts, plus water bottles, have been a lifesaver when I feel trapped under a nursing/sleeping baby and get hungry or thirsty.
Not sure if you have done this if so please let me know! You should do a video on dads/ husbands/ significant other video for what to expect and how to help... or even just an informational video that just breaks down everything but geared towards the partner. My husband and I are starting to try for our first and I can’t find many videos for him!help lol!! 😀

My firstborn is 6 years old. I am now 20 weeks pregnant. I have FINALLY learned how to take care of MYSELF.♡ I feel like taking care of myself has made me a better mom.
As a fellow registered nurse, i really appreciate all of your advice! I'm currently 38 weeks with my first child and will be delivering soon! All of your tips are fantastic. Thanks again!
I wanna say I went through pelvic floor physical therapy as a teen (no pregnancy or baby i was just born with extremely tight, painful pelvic floor dysfunction) and it changed my life.
Thank you for this video! I’m sure so many pregnant moms can benefit from it! I am 8 weeks postpartum, and as much as I thought I was prepared, I really was not! Another tip I’d say, is to test out and get used to your products. Most of our things were neatly stored in boxes until after we came home from the hospital. This was not ideal when trying to figure out how to use the bottle sterilizer and warmer, swaddle sacks, baby carriers, etc. We were already in fight or flight trying to figure out how to take care of a baby, and figuring out how the products worked was such an added step and stress!
I'm so glad you made this video for future moms!! More time needs to be spent on recovery for moms. It's also important for your partner to know how they will need to step up and give you time to take care of yourself. I'm 20 weeks postpartum and it would have been extremely helpful because I felt completely unprepared. I do recommend the Frida mom pads, boy shorts, and cooling pads but not the foam if you can afford them. For bras I also recommend the kindred bravely French terry cloth bra. It is super soft against your extremely sensitive parts! I also recommend going to the doctor if you think anything is wrong. They had only phone visits during Covid but I knew something wasn't right and it turned out I had a stitch come out too early leading to granulation tissue that they needed to treat with silver nitrate. It was painful but I'm glad I went in because it could have got infected. Always just trust your gut!
Thanks for sharing your pregnancy content. It’s helped answer a lot of questions I didn’t know I had. You’re a wonderful resource for us motherless wanna be moms.
It varies for everyone, but it can stay away for up to a year plus with breastfeeding. I didn’t get my period back until I finished breastfeeding/pumping. It really wasn’t too bad!
Love that I found your channel! I am 9 days PP with my second son! This couldn't have come at a better time! Also congrats on your pregnancy with baby #3!
3 weeks PP with my second son, as well. This video is so true. I keep thinking I need to keep up with all the laundry, dishes and other cleaning. But allowing myself some grace during these first few weeks post L & D is just as important, if not more. Instead of doing everything in a day, I plan out a task or 2 per day for the week. I'm not going anywhere or seeing anyone so I don't need to look amazing right now. My baby loves me and that is what matters. Congratulations on your new baby!
@@rebekahsalazar3995 first congratulations on your baby and thank you! He is such an amazing little boy and welcoming him has made me cherish his older brother even more. I completely agree with spacing out tasks, accepting help and giving yourself grace. 🥰
@@mackenzie-deltadurocher thank you so much! This birth was such a different experience from my first son. My first I call slow and steady as my labor was long and intervention filled. My second I call fast and furious as he came in 20 mins 4 pushes and no interventions at all. Love them both so much and am so grateful for both experiences
I just wanted to let you know that watching your videos and seeing how compassionate and helpful you are (especially compared to some of the L&D nurses I’ve interacted with) has been part of what has inspired me to take steps towards nursing school and hopefully going into this field. I can only hope that someday I’ll be even half as good of a nurse as you are 💗
As a Canadian, I am shocked at how expensive healthcare is and how little time off new moms get! So drastic but our countries are similar in so many ways!
Your videos are always such a pleasure to watch. Thank you for putting this one together especially. Like you said, I was prepared for birth, but nothing after. I wish I had been better prepared as a FTM, but no one told me and I didn't think to ask. As a STM after 7.5 years, I'm approaching things very differently - basically as if I'm a FTM again. So this time I have 1) taken an online Childbirth Prep class, 2) taken an online Breastfeeding class, and 3) watched several Postpartum prep videos. I'm also reading books on the same subjects and have created a virtual support circle of local women who have given birth within the last year. I actually feel like the preparation I've done this time will give me a better chance of dodging many of the issues that contributed to PPA after the birth of my first. Ladies, if you're pg, do the research now. You won't have time or energy to just look it up once babe is here. Trust me on this.
Firstly, thank you 🙏🏻 I’m 3weeks pp & I was literally telling a friend last night that I did so much research and prep for L&D but have been completely blindsided by my pp experience. There’s so much emphasis on L&D when I feel like pp needs so much more attention. My SIL gifted me a daily harvest subscription and it’s been a lifesaver, 1 handed healthy meals in 5 mins or less! My family also collaborated and got us a large value DoorDash gift card which is so helpful!
I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and very much needed this video! Thanks so much! I've been saying for weeks that I feel prepared for labor, but not postpartum and this helped.
Just found out I’m pregnant with baby # 3 a couple of weeks ago 😬 so nervous but so happy. So nervous to go through the postpartum period again, last time was really rough on my body. Thank you for making this video 💕
Yay for babies #3! And yes, I feel the same way. Hoping to prepare better this time. I think because I had done it before, I thought I didn’t need to prepare as much for baby #2...
I think I’m somewhere around 8-9 weeks but I haven’t had my first ultrasound yet. I tested positive for COVID the same week I found out I was pregnant. So I had to self quarantine for 14 days and now I’m waiting on a negative COVID test before I can be seen 😔
I love your videos. I have 3 children ages 13,5 and 3. I lost my 4th child, a son at 12 weeks pregnant 10/9. I was due 4/28 with him 😞 I’m Newly pregnant again And due 9/12 and love your videos! I watched them while pregnant with him and now watch them with my new pregnancy 🤰🏼. Happy and healthy 9 months for both of our rainbows!
I love your attitude. I also LOVE your information. I thought I LOVED my hospital and my birthing experiences (2) at my hospital, however after watching (literally, binging) your videos, I feel so disappointed in my hospital and the complete lack of care that was provided to me and my body/experience. I was 19 with my first, 21 with my second and my husband was there to support me 100%, but the nurses and doctors basically skipped over ALL education and decision making and did not consult me on my own care, assuming now due to my age. That is SO frustrating and infuriating, even 6 years later. I WISH you could rub off on all nurses- your passion is what makes you a wonderful nurse and mother-to-mother instructor. ❤️
I just want to say thank you so much for all the advice, tips and information. I learned so much from your channel❤ Your so awesome thank you. I had my baby August 14th on my first daughters 5th birthday 😂 and let me tell you everything went so well. I was going to have a VBAC time went on and then they wanted to give me a second c-section but I had watched your induce labor video and ask if it would be safe for my baby and I and the Doctor said we can try so we did I came in for an induction and I felt no contractions no pain whatsoever had my baby natrual shes so beautiful I'm so blessed! If it hadn't been for your video and you educating women I would've had a C-section (which I was strongly trying to avoid) and I would've never thought of getting induced. So my Baby Girl and I thank you may God bless you abundantly 😘😇❤🙌
Congrats on your successful VBAC, but more importantly, congrats on advocating for yourself! It’s hard to do, but so important in birth and beyond. 💗💗💗
The always flex foam are my favorite! I used them to make padsicles & freeze them before I delivered so they were amazing, cold & ready to go when I got home.
I love it! I'm 5 months pregnant with my second and I feel that I need to prepare for the postpartum better than the last time. And you give me this calm and hope that I can manage it. Thank you! 😘😘
My partner and I are getting a small freezer specifically so we can meal prep and have things ready to dump in the crockpot. I’m due in June, which isn’t really going to be “crock pot weather” so I’ll need to get creative with meals, but I can only imagine this is going to be a life saver.
Thank you nurse Zabe!!!! Expecting my first in April!!! 💝 I wish you could come stay with me during my postpartum period!!! 🥲 Thank you for the very kind and loving way you speak to everyone! Take care and congratulations on your pregnancy! 🥳🤗
I wish I had this video when I had my first two kids! I’m 32 weeks pregnant with my third and hoping the postpartum period goes more smoothly this time around.
Goodness, I love your channel sooo much! I would think every laboring woman would wish you could be their nurse! I certainly adore you. I'm currently expecting baby number 7, yet I can still binge watch your videos all day with so much interest! Thank you, Nurse Zabe! Your channel is such a treat.
Due February 1st and I can’t thank you enough for making these type of videos. Thank you thank you thank you. It really helps take away the anxiety of the unknown.
I have been watching you since waaay before i was pregnant and now im 13 1/2 weeks pregnant and i am blessed to have all your advice 🙌🏼 i loveeee your videos and your honesty and advice ❤️❤️❤️
I really recommend the fridamom postpartum underwear! I don’t think the whole kit is really necessary, but those disposable underwear were way more comfortable (in my opinion) than the hospital ones. I also recommend adult diapers. It was much easier for me. ALSO. If you’re constipated, ASK FOR A SUPPOSITORY. Don’t be embarrassed, they work well and you will feel better.
you mentioned baby frieda! Yes! I got the postpartum kit from Mom Frieda! Highly recommend. The caddy they provide is STILL (I gave birth in Feb, about to have another in March) in my bathroom!
I'm so thankful I found your videos. I'm 37 weeks pregnant of my first baby girl and I have to admit I feel more scared of the postpartum than the delivery or even breastfeeding, but checking your advice helps me a lot to calm myself down.
Thank you for the mom focused advice! We have some leftover Amazon gift card funds from our registry I was gonna save for baby stuff later but you’ve encouraged me to use it on postpartum care for myself ❤️
Thanks for mentioning the pelvic floor PT. I haven't given birth yet, but seeing one has been key in making sure that I can still go to work and function mostly normally during 2nd and 3rd trimesters. A lot of things that I thought were common and ergo okay in pregnancy are actually easily fixable ( lightning crotch, painful Braxton hicks, back pain, hip and joint pain etc.). If you are experiencing any sort of discomfort, mention it to your OB and ask about a PT before pain meds because the exercise works way better than pain medication usually.
I just want to say if you are going to have a c-section or have had one a belly band should be considered essential! I had my 3rd c-section in October and it’s the only time I used a belly band, it was a life saver and I feel like I recovered more quickly!
I'm 2 months away from delivering a baby girl, my first, and I've been making my way through all of your videos- this one in particular is so, so appreciated. All of the time and effort you put into your content is SO incredibly appreciated, especially since, so far, anyway, talk of self-care and post-partum isn't talked about at all at my appointments. From a slightly nervous young, new mommy, thank you so, so much! ❤
Thank you for your encouragement and advice. You are helping me mentally prepare. Reading and getting so much advice from family and friends can be so overwhelming, but your simple suggestions with your amazing encouragement really has helped me focus and feel prepared. Thank you!
As a plus sized mom of 5, I suggest getting Depends. They gave me much more coverage and felt more secure in that first week. (I even used a Depends + a maxi pad!) They were also much cheaper tham having to go out and purchase new panties after ruining my other panties because the pad didn't protect well enough. After that, I felt more comfortable using the Always size 5 pads. I adore your videos and have recommended you often to the new mamas I know. I wish I had found you earlier. I am done having babies but still learn so much and enjoy each one! Thank you for your ministry! Smiles, Abby Smith
This really made me think. I think have really put in my head that I have been through so much in my life that I can automatically make it through postpartum stage but I feel like even just watching this and listening to you has helped me to even start to prepare and realize that I am going to need to be a lot better at asking for help and self advocating. Thank you 🥺🙏🏻💜💕
Thank you so much for discussing mental health/medication 💗 my doctor in France took me off Zoloft and I was terrified of the outcome. Got back to the states a couple weeks ago and trying to get all my appointments scheduled so I can get back on them as I have not been feeling that great lately. I'm 36+4 with my first baby. I'm 36 and I have Lupus so I'm really glad I'm able to be around my family during this time! 💗
I LOVE that color on you but I keep remembering that sweater being used as a cervix on one of your older videos 😁 I love your channel & haven’t missed a single video even when they don’t necessarily apply to me. I am currently 6months pregnant with baby number 2 so rewatching many of your videos!
Those Auden nursing bras are the BEST. Not sure why I ever bothered with any others. They have nursing tanks and sleep bras, too. The sleep bras are what I wore (as a smaller-chested woman) around the house the entire time I was nursing.
Not sure if you’ve had any experience with this, but I used the always brand pads with my first. They were okay the first couple of days but started itching so bad. I thought I was getting an infection. I did a little research and found out they were trapping too much moister and not really absorbing. I tried Kotex as I saw suggested online somewhere, and it made a MAJOR difference! Not sure the difference on how they are made, but it felt so much better and the itching stopped 🙌🏻 Seeing the always ones in your video, wanted to share 💗 Also, thanks so much for making all of these videos!! Due with baby #2 in March. I’ve been binge watching. They’ve been so helpful!
With my daughter I suffered with crippling ppd now due in 3 months me and my husband are more prepared around this time so grateful I had him to help me through that period of time when I believed my daughter was better off without me when I think back to that period of time it terrifies me to know I lost myself for a bit
Ppd is so scary. You definitely lose yourself. And I think the scariest part is that you don’t even realize you’ve lost yourself. You just think this is you now. Hoping and praying things go better for you this time. 💗
Really great advice, and something I don't think we really think about enough, as you said, we tend to focus so hard on labour that the postpartum period gets a bit forgotten about until your there, I know this was the case for me with my first son, I honestly thought I was going to die from lack of sleep, had not planned well😆
Currently 15 days postpartum-- loved loved loved the tucks pads more than anything. Anything with witch hazel really. I got bottles of the stuff and just squirted it into the thinner pads I would wear. I found the dermoplast had a bit of a burning effect for the first day or so, and I didn't like to use it (but maybe that would have gone away, idk). I DID like putting on an ice pad in the big underwear (or diaper, also loved the diaper for me) with a thin pad on top (or else it was too cold) and then slathering in the witch hazel and some aloe. Also, having a bra that was both good for nursing AND hands free pumping was a major tool. I had this at the hospital with me and I am so so glad I did, because I didn't expect to be an exclusive pumper but, well, here I am. Hands free pumping is a definite need at that point. Biggest relationship thing postpartum for me was setting a mental contract up with my husband and basically making him promise me that he wouldn't resent me for sleeping while he was doing something with the baby, and that he would tell me if he needed more help or needed a break or whatever. I was struggling to sleep while he was "on duty" for a while because I was worried he would resent me for leaving him to deal with an unpleasant situation alone, even though that was totally irrational.
I LOVE you! I’m sorry if that sounds weird but I do. You are a god send. Where were you 5 years ago when I was a teen mom. Now I’m on baby two and feel like it’s all new and I’ve never done this and you are a huge help omg I’m more scared now then I was then
All of this is so helpful. My second is due in February and I wanted to get some reminders and recommendations. Also, your makeup in this is gorgeous. Love these colors on you!
@@Nurse_zabe and what do you know... she showed up right on schedule yesterday. Thanks to your videos, the sorest part of me after bringing her into the world is my vocal chords 😂
Actually grateful to be giving birth during covid and that I live in NJ. I'm currently 6 months and on unemployment. That'll pause when the baby comes and I'll go on paid family leave for 12 weeks, and then will go back on unemployment. I'll probably have a pause in payments for a while when I go back on ui, but I'm just grateful to get it
I had a giant, grape-sized hemmorhoid at 25 weeks that had to be surgically removed. It was so painful I couldn't even sleep. At least the post-surgery period has prepared me (somewhat) for post-partum, as I got lots of practice with the sitz bath and peri bottle (also a hairdryer on the cool setting, which is amazing)
I didn’t realize thing were so similar yet so different form hospital to hospital. When I volunteered in the mom and baby ward, (small hospital so it was labor/delivery + postpartum, and peds actually) I was in charge of putting those packs together. It’s cool to see the packs from other hospitals.
Currently 36 weeks pregnant, and I'm honestly terrified of the post pardom period. I'm a first timer at this, and I know I don't do well with pain. I've wanted children so bad, but delivery and healing are the parts I try to prepare for without fully thinking about it.
I have to comment again because I genuinely appreciate your humour and sarcasm about these painful situations and topics! When you pulled out the panties and described them as 'sensual'😂😂😂
Love your channel! I’m 6 months postpartum and going to try to start TTC as soon as I get my period back. (Trying to ween from breastfeeding). Love your eyeshadow! It’s so beautiful, just like you!
Ugh bless you! You make learning about this journey fun and less scary. 33 weeks and feeling informed and prepared (as much as one can possibly be lol) 💜
My biggest mistake with having my first baby was not resting!! I had a third degree tear and was healing very wrong, but even with all that going on with my body, I couldn’t seem to relax or rest. I was lifting heavy and had no choice but to carry my son and his car seat around. I’m still trying to fully heal at 6 weeks postpartum. ☹️
I love your content! My little boy is 100 days old today and you have made his life so much better!! I watched your content when I was pregnant and have continued and you have made me a better mom! I can’t thank you enough!!! Would you be willling to do a video about how to incorporate probiotics into your diet postpartum ?
I had no idea that I had to ask for stuff as weird as that sounds. I was a first time mom, fiancé couldn’t take time off but my mom was here with me but I was swollen from IV so I was still groggy from a emergency C-section while in the hospital. If I ever get pregnant again I will know more or less of what to advocate for myself.
I have to use a stool to poop, anyway, because I'm short and sitting on the toilet causes my legs to fall asleep sometimes. Also, it's difficult to push when my legs aren't slightly raised...

Love that I found your channel! I am 9 days PP with my second son! This couldn't have come at a better time! Also congrats on your pregnancy with baby #3!
Congratulations on your new baby!!! I hope you are feeling well and getting much deserved rest 🙏🏽❤🥰
Thank you! Congrats on your son and good luck with your postpartum period. I hope you’re getting plenty of rest!
I'm 39 weeks on Friday, and my biggest worry is the post partum period. Thank you for this video!!! You rock!
Hopefully this helped some! You’ve got this! 💪💗
I just wanted to let you know that watching your videos and seeing how compassionate and helpful you are (especially compared to some of the L&D nurses I’ve interacted with) has been part of what has inspired me to take steps towards nursing school and hopefully going into this field. I can only hope that someday I’ll be even half as good of a nurse as you are 💗
Yay! You will be amazing!!!
As a Canadian, I am shocked at how expensive healthcare is and how little time off new moms get! So drastic but our countries are similar in so many ways!
I’m 32 weeks with baby #4 and am still
Excited to watch this and just help remember all the things! Plus you can never be too prepared. 🤷🏽♀️
Exactly! I definitely wasn’t as prepared with baby #2 because I thought I was good since I did it before
Your videos are always such a pleasure to watch.
Yes! It’s really easy to focus on the labor and prepare for nothing afterwards! I also really want to check out daily harvest!
I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and very much needed this video! Thanks so much! I've been saying for weeks that I feel prepared for labor, but not postpartum and this helped.
💗💗💗
Sounds delightful!
Thank you for the very kind and loving way you speak to everyone! Take care and congratulations on your pregnancy! 🥳🤗
Me too, due in April
Thank you! Good luck with your delivery and postpartum period!
I wish I had this video when I had my first two kids! I’m 32 weeks pregnant with my third and hoping the postpartum period goes more smoothly this time around.
I’m hoping the same for me!
Almost 30 weeks, perfect timing for this video! Thank You :)
That is perfect timing to start planning! 💗💗
i hope your doing well!!
I am currently 4 days postpartum! I so appreciated this video! Especially the part about rest! Thank you 💕
Goodness, I love your channel sooo much! I would think every laboring woman would wish you could be their nurse! I certainly adore you. I'm currently expecting baby number 7, yet I can still binge watch your videos all day with so much interest! Thank you, Nurse Zabe! Your channel is such a treat.
8 days pp with my 4th child, first son... I am so glad this video came up...I'll edit comment after watching ☺
Congrats on your boy!
Congrats!
Super helpful currently 33 weeks pregnant and trying to prepare as best as possible
The perfect time to start preparing! Good luck with your delivery and postpartum period! 💗💗
Due February 1st and I can’t thank you enough for making these type of videos. Thank you thank you thank you.
It really helps take away the anxiety of the unknown.
The unknown can definitely be the scariest part.
We’re due the same day 🥰🙌🏽
I have been watching you since waaay before i was pregnant and now im 13 1/2 weeks pregnant and i am blessed to have all your advice 🙌🏼 i loveeee your videos and your honesty and advice ❤️❤️❤️
Congrats on your pregnancy!!
@@Nurse_zabe thank you!!!! ❤️
"Postpartum period" is the BEST pun. This came at 34 weeks with baby #3, thank you!
Lol. I realize that title is kind of confusing 🤦🏼♀️
I'm so thankful I found your videos. I'm 37 weeks pregnant of my first baby girl and I have to admit I feel more scared of the postpartum than the delivery or even breastfeeding, but checking your advice helps me a lot to calm myself down.
Postpartum is intense, but you can prepare and ask for help and get through it! You’ve got this! 💪💗
35 weeks and just made a fresh batch of padsicles in preparation! This came at the perfect time!
So close!!
Thank you for the mom focused advice! We have some leftover Amazon gift card funds from our registry I was gonna save for baby stuff later but you’ve encouraged me to use it on postpartum care for myself ❤️
Your worlds always make my eyes wet, you really touch my feelings with your way of encouraging us women. Thanks for your videos
💗💗💗
You are so welcome! I hope this video helps you prepare for the next step in the lovely journey of parenting!
@@Nurse_zabe I'm sure it will! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thank you for your encouragement and advice. You are helping me mentally prepare. Reading and getting so much advice from family and friends can be so overwhelming, but your simple suggestions with your amazing encouragement really has helped me focus and feel prepared. Thank you!
You have such a soothing and reassuring voice
As a plus sized mom of 5, I suggest getting Depends. They gave me much more coverage and felt more secure in that first week. (I even used a Depends + a maxi pad!) They were also much cheaper tham having to go out and purchase new panties after ruining my other panties because the pad didn't protect well enough. After that, I felt more comfortable using the Always size 5 pads. I adore your videos and have recommended you often to the new mamas I know. I wish I had found you earlier. I am done having babies but still learn so much and enjoy each one! Thank you for your ministry! Smiles, Abby Smith
Great suggestion! I definitely have had patient bring depends and love them!
This really made me think. I think have really put in my head that I have been through so much in my life that I can automatically make it through postpartum stage but I feel like even just watching this and listening to you has helped me to even start to prepare and realize that I am going to need to be a lot better at asking for help and self advocating. Thank you 🥺🙏🏻💜💕
Asking for help is one of the hardest things to do for so many. Definitely a learned skill that is so important!
Your eyeshadow looks great in this video. Thanks for all the useful content
I’m surprised you don’t have more subscribers, your videos are like the most useful on birth and pregnancy on TH-cam
This video feels healing while preparing for baby number two, the first time around was freaking chaos
I LOVE that color on you but I keep remembering that sweater being used as a cervix on one of your older videos 😁
I love your channel & haven’t missed a single video even when they don’t necessarily apply to me.
I love the Auden bras. I own way, way too many 😂
Not sure if you’ve had any experience with this, but I used the always brand pads with my first.
It can be soooo tough to relax when you leave baby with someone else. And agreed, exclusive pumpers definitely need a hands-free bra!
I LOVE you! I’m sorry if that sounds weird but I do. You are a god send. Where were you 5 years ago when I was a teen mom. Now I’m on baby two and feel like it’s all new and I’ve never done this and you are a huge help omg I’m more scared now then I was then
watching this at 39 weeks pregnant, feeling ready after this video thanks :)
All of this is so helpful. My second is due in February and I wanted to get some reminders and recommendations. Also, your makeup in this is gorgeous. Love these colors on you!
I'm 39 and a half weeks rn with my first and this video is quite timely.
Yes! You’re almost there!
I’m a 38 G pre pregnancy and I ended up getting that exact same nursing bra from target in an XL and they fit great!
Thank you! Im about the same size!
They are amazing!
I didn’t realize thing were so similar yet so different form hospital to hospital. When I volunteered in the mom and baby ward, (small hospital so it was labor/delivery + postpartum, and peds actually) I was in charge of putting those packs together. It’s cool to see the packs from other hospitals.
I am laughing so hard! This was a very enjoyable video. You really did a great job keeping this video light 👍🏻
Due 27 December 😣 with my first . This video is right on time as I'm really freaking out
I'm due on the 19th, but keep having dreams that it'll happen over Christmas! Hope you'll have an easy time of it 😊
Same due date! :) Will be exciting to see who of us will have their baby first! :)
You’ve got this! 💪💗
Take it day by day. Live in the now. 💙
Currently 36 weeks pregnant, and I'm honestly terrified of the post pardom period. I'm a first timer at this, and I know I don't do well with pain. I've wanted children so bad, but delivery and healing are the parts I try to prepare for without fully thinking about it.
U helped me so much with your videos during my pregnancy now am 4 weeks postpartum
Hope your postpartum period is going well!
So happy that you shared postpartum both vaginally & via c-section! Thank you!
Definitely important to focus on both!
I have to comment again because I genuinely appreciate your humour and sarcasm about these painful situations and topics! When you pulled out the panties and described them as 'sensual'😂😂😂
I mean, we model these after the latest fashions at Victoria’s Secret! Fresh off the runway 😂😂
@@Nurse_zabe hahahah ofcourse! I live in London and am so gutted you don't live here! I would love to have you as my labour and delivery nurse🥺😭

Aw, thanks! Good luck with your TTC journey!
I am so glad I discovered you. Your videos are amazing !
You are so helpful. I just had my son two months ago as of the 13th and it’s been a wild ride. ❤️
A wild, beautiful and messy ride!

I love your content! My little boy is 100 days old today and you have made his life so much better!! I watched your content when I was pregnant and have continued and you have made me a better mom! I can’t thank you enough!!!
Would you be willling to do a video about how to incorporate probiotics into your diet postpartum ?
After giving birth, I was instructed to get a high quality, refrigerated probiotic and take it ever day for a month to reset my gut flora!
Almost 30 weeks pregnant and I’m terrified! Thanks for your informative video 😁
You’ve got this!! 💪💗
The intro made me giggle! Another informative and cohesive video as always! Thank you Nurse Zabe! 😘
Sometimes my mouth can’t keep up with my brain! 😂🤦🏼♀️
I'm 7 weeks postpartum and this video was so helpful! I didn't know anything about a pelvic floor PT but ill definitely be looking into it. Thanks!
