Man good old Flextape. One of the few as seen on tv products that I can say works (not exactly a miracle product).
Worked at a restaurant where the owner of the place wrapped a leaking pipe in the stuff, didn't bother to check on it for a few weeks and then had to shut down for a week as they cleaned the mildew and mold.
