- The 2022 Isuzu MUX LSE 4x2 is the top-spec 4x2 Isuzu MU-X in the Philippines, and it makes the best sense in the entire Isuzu MU-X lineup. It is priced at the same level as the 2022 Toyota Fortuner LTD 4x2, the 2022 Nissan Terra VL 4x2, and also the Ford Everest Sport 4x2. Even without the 360 camera, you already get rear cross traffic alert, forward collision warning, and ADAPTIVE cruise control on a 4x2. For me, worth the price.
At some point youd still choose which suits your needs better. In my case, 360 cam is not that important because I can see everything on the sides and front when driving. Rear camera is exactly what I just need. I was choosing between this and everest but isuzu's reliability and fuel consumption plus that powerful engine won me over. I am now an owner of the new Mu-X 2023 😊
What i really impressed with the mu-X was the 3rd row that cannot be found in Terra, Montero, & Fortuner. I want those who will join me on a ride to feel comfortably. And that's a big deal.
true and most especially the 3.0 liter engine that gives you more hatak factor even you have fully loaded capacity plus baggage.

agree. plus kahit wireless charging and wireless carplay sana. or kahit decent na speakers lang like bose or jbl. kaso wala talaga. mas mahal pa sa Everest and yet tinipid sa tech. hahah

@@gutadin5 depends sa need mo. If mas gusto mo better Cargo and cabin space Go with MUX. if gusto mo ng matagtag, masikip, madami kamukha sa daan, less tech, pero mataas ang resell value at madali hanapin mga pyesa go kana kay Fortuner. hehe

I think so too about the 360 degree camera, that most of the buyers of the isuzu pickup truck and their suv are seasoned drivers that are used to not using a 360 or even a reverse camera...
How does it handle fast corners compared to its peers?
For that asking price of 2.1M, the Ford Everest Titanium is the better buy tbh.
For those who earned just enough will rather choose isuzu mux than ford the reability, fuel efficient, availability of parts and its price is a few factor they pick this B-10 rating machine.

True. Mine were trooper and 2016 model mu-x. Super defendable. I got also a 2017 fortuner v model, i've change the suspension to ride max but matagtag pa rin. Also the quality of the foam they use for their seats ate not good. It sag easily. 🤗🐫🙏

I think it's mu-x, like in the pilipino abakada, ma me mi mo mu. Mu-x. Thats how james deakin pronounce it. But well, i guess all pronounciation for the mu-x are all correct. 🤗🐫🙏

With proper care, transmissions can last a long long time.

Diesel noise gets in the cabin on throttle, but not as loud as the DMAX. Comparable to the Terra, a bit louder than the Fortuner

2.1 M pero walang 360 camera and paddle shifters. Big NO. For it’s size, price, and it’s category they should have included the 360 Camera. panget pa naman ng mga aftermarket na 360 camera dahil low quality ang cams and madali matanggal anytime dahil dinidikit lang. Sa 2.1M dapat nilagyan na rin nila ng rear diff lock, tpms, autodimming rearview mirror, wireless carplay, damped glove box, 3rd row charging ports, sharksfin antenna, ambient lighting, decent speakers(bose or jbl), kick sensor, and wireless charging. kaso wala. lugi talaga. tbh, makina lang ang nagdala sa new MUX. sana kung wala talaga sila balak lagyan ng 360 cam pinaganda man lang nila yung interior/cabin.

I think that’s the edge of having an Isuzu MU-X knowing that your engine will not break 10-20 years from now. Isuzu are not known for their technology but more on their engine’s durability and capability. If we based it from the numbers given to us through their specifications, we can say or rather I can conclude that MU-X’s engine is not stressed unlike other SUVs. For example, if we compare the 2022 Nissan Terra VL 4x2 to the 2022 Isuzu MU-X 3.0 4x2 LS-E horsepower and torque, it shows that they are on the same Max Output (HP): 187 hp and Max Torque (Nm): 450 Nm. Through this, we should also consider its displacement, which is 2,999 cc for the MU-X and 2,488 cc for the Terra.
Isuzu can always add more horsepower and torque because of its big powerplant but they will not compromise the engine being stressed all the time. The reason is that, “Makina ang puhunan ng Isuzu”. After all, Isuzu are focused on their consumers who are more on the longevity of their car rather than the technology accompanied with it.

This MU-X is much better than Nissan Terra especially on their 3rd seat…
3rd row seats, yes MUX is better. But the absence of 360 Camera, paddle shifters, rear diff lock is such a bummer. So Terra pa rin by lightyears. Tbh, Engine lang ang okay sa New MUX. the rest, meh. If Top of the line pag uusapan, for it’s price eh mas mahal pa siya sa Fortuner, Everest, Montero, and Terra. Not worth the money talaga. Wala nga siyang wireless charging and wireless carplay or kahit decent speakers lang like bose or jbl. lol Ang mahal yet kinulang sa features.
@@bryanolano6423 I agree dagdag ko na rin na why hnde sya naka sharksfin antena huhu. Dapat damped na rin ang glove box, charging port sa 3rd row at may kick function na sana ung tailgate considering all new sya. However, the absence of wireless charging is alright for me cause mabilis masira battery ng phone well in terms sa iPhone not sure sa android phones!!
