A Walk Through Strasbourg on New Year’s Day

Strasbourg is the capital of Alsace, a region that has been part of both France and Germany throughout history. It has a distinct character of its own. The heart of the city is the Grande Île, an island in the River Ill. There, you'll find narrow streets, traditional timber-framed buildings, and the impressive Strasbourg Cathedral, which has a tall spire from the 15th century.
In this video, I am leaving the famous Strasbourg main station and taking a quick stroll through the famous Rue du Maire Kuss.
