Central is Hong Kong's frantic business and retail hub, filled with skyscrapers, upscale shopping malls, and luxury hotels. It's also where the famous Victoria Harbour, which hosts many ferries and traditional vessels. Previously known as Victoria, Central can be best described as 'downtown' Hong Kong.
