Guyanese Gunoil | Boil corn | corn soup | Strong back 💪

Hi loves!!! Today I bring you a weekend staples called Gun oil. Gun oil started with the Rastafarian community where they would boil corn in coconut milk. As the years progress the recipe was changed to the taste buds of the population, as it became a must have once the corn man pass around .
Ingredients:
2 can coconut milk (fresh coconut if you can)
callaloo or spinach
eddo. cassava. I used 1 eddo. if you would like it thicker to add more
corn
pepper
thyme
basil
scotch bonnet
seasoning of your choice
