3 pimentos chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp green seasoning - with scotch bonnet
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 cups coconut milk / 1 can with 7 cups water
1 tbsp golden ray
3 cups pig tail - pre boiled
1 tbsp citrus seasoning - Karibbean Flavours
