Paul Carrack, need no comment but WOW! Superb musicians, horns, sax, bass, background singers. From a guitar players point of view-most people judge a guitar player by their lead playing, and this one was very good. However, I was in awe of his outstanding rhythm capabilities. No one seems to appreciate that in a guitar player.

It has never left... the guys voice is getting better and more mellow and he is more creative now than ever 2 albums a year and long tours continue. Awesome. The best live soul singer in Europe and I include the Modfather Mr Weller in that comment.
Paul Weller is great. Another musician & singer that has always been great is the inimitable Gorgie Fame, he tends to be a bit obscure (more jazz than anything but great)

Saw Paul many times always a great show great band of musicians must have been to be good to be there up close and personal great voice as usual one of the best saw at a place called the shed small place brilliant me and mate went back stage after nice bloke 👍
When I was a kid I dreamed of performing in arenas and stadiums. Now in my 40s, this setting to me, is perfect. Intimate, real. Just beautiful. Everyone looks like they are having a genuinely great time. Something spiritual happens in a setting like this for me.

Lastly, I have lost both parents the past 2 years. The Living Years is a healer in so many ways. Music is truly the doctor.

What a great intimate concert, I wish I had been there. Its a nice change to see Paul so chatty, he doesn't always say much at his gigs and it was nice to get so many comments from him. Voice as wonderful as always - he is a musical wonder. When he has been to Sixchannel's house can he please come to mine!

Anyone still watching this in 2022 ? 10 years on and still one of my favourite performances. Paul is awesome but so are the band and backing singers.
