As great as Passarela was, he wasn't as good as Figueroa. 3 times South American player of the year in the 70s and in the 1974 World Cup team of the tournament. How could you leave him out?

Zoff was great and had the world record at international level for not conceding a goal in almost 8 or 9 consecutive games, but Banks was even greater than him. Other than that, your other choices are great.
Zoff "did poorly" in 1974? Well, Italy failed to qualify for the second round but that was for sure not his fault. Mexiko1970 if a different story but in 1978 he showed a great performance. Perhaps he could have saved the shot from Brandts. But I would say that he might well be overrated just because he won the WC at the age of 40.
