Remember watching this live as a kid in front of the tv in London. Was such a comeback, still in my memories. Up there in the most entertaining and exciting Liverpool games I’ve seen. Now nearly 30 years later watching the highlights in Berlin, so glad I found it. YNWA
what did redknapp do for Liv, i mean, ever. To me he was promoted as the latest Eng midfield golden boy, but failed miserably. Injuries sure, but he is alongside Jenas, Batty, and the like as overrated failures. He still talks as a pundit like he was world class. His ex missus had more highlights than he did.
when you watch this without gray & tylers commentary its absolutely awful..just goes to show how awesome those 2 were together they made football matches as exciting as they were
I'm sure lots of people feel nostalgia for that, but to suggest a commentator (and his bigoted co-commentator) - rather than the footballers on the pitch - made matches exciting is pretty ridiculous!

No wonder Liverpool had a poor season with Neil Ruddock in the team.
thug, alcoholic, and the PL with foreign pros kicked all players like him out. Forever.
We blew a 3goal lead but it was s good game.
The sole highlight of a dismal Liverpool season.
2 of the best teams in english football 22:21

He was just a pretty boy poser, does one good pass, then admires himself and flicks hair back "look at me " i have just made a brilliant pass.
