The one thing I always somewhat disturbing about ENTJ’s, is that almost everyone I met of this type was obsessed sex, whether it is BDSM, fetishes, porn, or even flirting.
I noticed a particularly interesting phenomenon with ENTJ's after getting to know them over the years . One thing that's truly fascinating for me personally,is that they always seem to base some aspects(If not their entire perceived personality)on some sort of external interest/fictional character they're obsessed with at that moment,and stick with it likes it's their reality . At first I thought it was a bit strange and rather delusional to live in such a state of thinking,but I later realised it was due to their Strong Te and Inferior Fi . My puny, INTP mind simply can't get over the fact of how delusional this appears from an outside looking in perspective,so I just end up attempting to try and convince the ENTJ's to tone it back a little and to consider not to be so stubborn,as their bold behaviour about their strong beliefs often pushes people away,making them appear like the bad guy etc...(I know they're usually not,however) It's that people simply don't understand them,or want to try and understand them . Which just makes things worse down the long run .
Hm. Interesting question in return.I don't have a concrete answer to it,as all the ENTJ's I personally know are all heavily externally driven individuals,but I'll try to answer it anyway. I'd assume in this situation,the ENTJ would either A) Be stuck in their own mind's echo chamber,unable to evolve their world views,or their character in general due to lack of external input? B) They will resort to overusing their extensive imagination to fill in gaps in hopes of making sense of their existence. I'm sure someone more versed in typology can expand more on this topic.In my opinion,ENTJ's are the most fascinating type out there.@@AbhishekSharma-uw9ef
As an ENTJ I thought everyone do this when I learned about cosplay. But for me, personally, to answer both questions, I fixate on strong fictional characters when I need to feel like those characters. It was a long way for me to realize this as I was doing it unconsciously. Now as an adult, when i was in my lowest (big D days are the worst), I pull those characters and make mysef like them. Right now its Ramona Flowers x Knives Chau, before it was Lisbeth from Girl with Dragon Tattoo. So yeah.
You are Amazing!!! It's not just about understanding Te vs Fe: I realized that only INTPs can analyze with such great details those MBTI types difference. I am a very jelaous ENTP 😂
I almost dropped my dumbbells laughing when you mentioned the violent activist. The extreme changes are so funny, one week a whore and next week a monk. Not fooling anyone though, the dark robes can't hide the craziness that is bursting out.
Look at your inferior functions, i.e. your most intense and recurring weaknesses. Are they focused on your interactions with people or on your lack of discipline/obsessive concerns about society’s direction? Then look at your aspirations. Do you admire effective people or kind people? If the former in both, probably INTP. If the latter, probably INFP.
@@Skimmerlit In terms of weakness, I'd lean slightly more toward a lack of discipline as being my bigger issue, though awkwardness in social interactions can still be an issue for me. I more strongly aspire to be a competent/effective individual over a kinder one, partly because I'm already usually described by others as being relatively approachable/kind if a bit distant at times. I've gotten INTP the vast majority of times I've taken the 16 Personalties test, so I'd lean toward INTP. Is there a significant difference between INTP-A and INTP-T?

Interesting take here. I would describe Te as using "common sense". Logical "duh" thinking that should be "obvious" to anyone without trying. U can catch it a couple times with their direct sarcasm or criticize someone not doing an "obvious" task right in front of them that an individual should capitalize to yield a reward. So this thing u talk about ENTJ playing roles makes sense...at worst this sounds like monkey see, monkey do type of thing (very te-se or se-te).
