Great song, great coverage, gratz! When we speak about 90s bands, suede is commonly left out and Bernard too. Too bad. Suede is a fundamental band of all times and Bernard is unique as a guitar player.
Love this absolutely brilliant. On the record Butler stated he layered up a Gibson 355, Les Paul, and a Rickenbacker 12 string with a turbo distortion pedal. For me it sounds more realistic on 1 guitar with some crunch on the amp.
nice work! what do you do between verse and chorus, do you use a paddle. as i understand butler switches between bridges using the pickup switcher.... do you do something different?
also, after the solo (just before the words "what does it takes to turn you on" he do a "D" chors like up in the 9th fret, but just before he moves to the chorus, he adds the pinkey at the the 12th fret....try it.... sounds exactly like the original song. you can also see butler showing how to play it , and does it there....
The guitar-part on that track is just delicious.
Hands down the best cover I've seen of this.
Great work! Seeing this close-up gives a new respect for Bernard Butler: not only did he have to play this, he also had to write it!
Brought a smile to my face. Thank you.
A chemical smile?
The only smile that people of distinction delight in.
Sweet I loved this back back in the early 90s while living in the UK still stands up - Nice lead work !!
Your playing is so smooth love it
Fantastic. Love all the Bernard Suede stuff. Bernard just kills it!!!
I love how in your videos, the outfit totally matches the song you're playing.
Saw them live a week ago,They were amazing! Thanks for this

Yo creo que sería en la actualidad otra cosa si bernard nunca se hubiera ido de la banda

Wow. Flawless.
Hey I'm trying to learn the solo part, are there any tabs you know that can help?
Bloody Hell......Top notch !
What pedal during the first chorus?
I can see why people said at the time he was the successor to Johnny Marr, using all those notes to fill out the sound
Class mate, love it

Beautifull!
Sinceramente GENIAL.
