I believe that if he hadn't had his problems in his early time then he wouldn't have been able to create this music, especially his first few divine albums.
i have listened to mikes music since the early years, when he was messing around with quadraphonics, he was good then, he is better now.i listen to his mucic a lot of the time.
Glad he resolved his problems of course, but I'm also sort of glad he acts more like his ''old self'' in this interview, rather than the ''extraverted businessman'' he tried to be in the 80's, guess it was to counter his old identity with a new one but it always felt like he overdid it to the point where it just felt awkward and false.
AT exactly the eight minute mark in this interview Mike says that his grave is included in his VR game Tr3s Lunnas, & on it, it has 4 Greek letters, So come on fans what is this all about? if you want to know & help d3sipher the mysteries of Mike Oldfield then best thing you can do is check out the writings on GODlikePRODUCTIONS by searching for the writings by O+1 (I1) or just looking at what the group called the eYe have to say about Y they think they see things encoded in Mike's work.
