I am big fan of yours. 1. Some people are convinced that mature age employees are beneficial to a company. Others think that younger employees contribute more and more and hence are more beneficial to a company. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. ANS. The assertion that senior staffs are advantages to an organization seems to me a fundamental confusion about this issue. Whether to agree or not is a thought-provoking question. Personally, I, like many peoples, tend to totally agree with the viewpoint that junior staffs are helpful a lot to an institute. The opponents of the argument clearly put the point the forward that stakeholders, who are mature, are lazy in the working. This might be true to some extent. However, I think that workman, who are young, are more industrious. To emphasize this view let us consider a situation, they are do their duty besides also over-time work. People who believe that mature employees are beneficial to a company usually mention that this trend creates waste that not only destroys a lot time, but also has bad effects on official work. This also may be true. But, I think that younger can travel for work purpose in anywhere at any time. Apart from the above mentioned reasons the opponents of the viewpoint may also claim that senior employees cannot operate modern technology, and even they cannot convince to foreigner clients in work deal. This also seems true with a one eyed view. But, I think young employees can go on all kinds of work by modern technology. For example, they can communicate with international company through technology in any country over the world, and they can easily do it. In conclusion, let me recapitulate the main points of my argument, I think young generation plays a vital role of the company because of increasing huge profit and creativity in business. Although obviously not every single issue related to this argument has been discussed. (283 words) 2. Nowadays many big cities become overcrowded. Why is it happening, in your opinion? What measures could be taken to prevent it? ANS. It is true that nowadays most of largest cities are becoming congestion. If we think for a while, we will, certainly, be able to identify quite a few reasons responsible for this phenomenon. There are, fortunately, a number of possible steps that can be used to limit the situation. If we have a deep look at the topic, we will definitely be able to find out a good number of reasons responsible for the unexpected problem. Firstly, the primary reason is due to the higher standard of living which results in the growth of enhancing population in mega city. In addition, I am inclined to believe that one of the reasons leading to people’s indifference owes to the weak propaganda of government. There is not abundant publicizing of the seriousness of the problem, so that many people are not aware of its severity. Amongst the diverse factors contributing to the problem around the world, government’s short- sighted policies are probably the most significant one. Finally, expanding population along with the influx of technology is closely related to the problem. When it comes to the solutions, accordingly, I would suggest that two particular groups need take action as soon as possible. The first one is government, who are supposed to be the patron to all citizens. As a matter of fact, governments in the world are already issuing diverse laws or regulations to curb the proliferation of the problem. However, it still needs much more effort from governments to put these laws or regulations into effect. Secondly, it is imperative for modern city to regulate, if not restrict, the use of technology. Finally, limiting the growth of population will certainly help to fight against the problem. In conclusion, however, it is not doubtful that increasing population in big cities has a great deal of problems. This possible solutions, of course, are clear, so, the answer, I f eel lies somewhere in the middle. Men and women decided to have children later in life are clearly changing and affecting society in many ways. Another clear reason is that young people who make up for almost half of the world population haven’t been cultivated an appreciation of children from the previous generation. This boils down to the exponential rise in men and women decided to have children later in life recent years. These two main reasons have contributed to the increase in men and women decided to have children later in life which takes place in all parts of the world.
