I don't know why the brands are not targetting that budget segment. That is the segment which made Xiaomi that much popular in India. They should launch more phones in that under 10k segment.

I'm disappointed with Vivo t1 5g camera
No doubt the daylight shots are good
But even if the light is slightly reduced the images goes blurry
While taking a selfie a selfie if I shake a bit the image is blurred The dynamic range is not good at all

Just got t1 pro 2 days before. what a timing. I like the phone. selfie, performance, display , battery great. low light performance rear main camera is average. Single speaker loud but not great. everything else is top notch! (no pun intended)

I've gone for Redmi note 10 pro, it cost me around 16k but you can get it around 13-14k in sales. It's really a good smartphone to be recommended. Good battery life (5000mah) great display (6.6 inch super amoled 120hz) and good processor(732g). Camera optimization is also up to the mark. Build is also good. Although it is not a 5g smartphone, but you have to compromise in one of the things. Like samsung m52 didn't have the earphone jack and build was also plastic but it was 5g. Basically if you are looking for a normal phone even it is not 5g, you can really go for Redmi note 10 pro. But one thing about what I am sure is you'll not regret if buy this one. I hope I helped you out. Feel free to ask anything else.
