can i just say, this is one of the more, if not the most, difficult keep up with carla videos (even carla had difficulty explaining the butchering part) but he did it flawlessly
I dunno who this is, but he seems like a nice dude and I think he fared pretty well for a first-time butcher with blind instruction. I'm also pretty sure this is the most patient I've ever seen Carla in this Back-to-Back series! Usually she likes to really put the pressure on these folks.
