You certainly have the knack for finding beautiful old houses! The first one had lovely stained glass and beautiful woodwork. I preferred the second one probably because there was so much furniture left to admire. The green stained glass in the bathroom was beautiful as were the glass doorknobs and also the eyebrow window. Hopefully a new owner will come along and breathe new life into them. Thank you for the tour!
The two houses were absolutely stunning 😍 ✨️ the first house the stain glass windows were gorgeous and the staircase elegant in its day. The second house had unique architecture like the eyebrow window and stain glass . I hope these houses find someone to love them.
One of the most beautiful homes you've shown. Such unique features and the stories it could tell. I'm going to visit my daughter in upstate NY tomorrow for a week. She's going to take me to some forgotten homes I've photographed, years ago. I'm anxious to see how they are now. 😊
I love your videos and with not a word just awesome music that makes the imagination run as if we were there in that time in that special moment! Just awesome everyone of them has a mystery a story !!Beautiful! I give ya not a 10 but 100% plus! Thank you for taking us back in time wondering the halls and going threw the rooms of splender of the good ole days the priceless history and beauty without a word! God bless
What a beauty. Doesn't look like a part of the country I would enjoy living in or I would snatch it up. Looks like some gas/electric lighting thanks for sharing
the first house is a fine example of how architects would re-design blue prints for a house. was very, very common. As it was, many lay-outs didn't make sense, but the ones that got 're-arranged' were even worse.
It would be nice if these people that go to these houses would do a more thorough video. Instead of staying in one room and zooming in and out on the fireplace and jump into the other side of the house and finding something in there and skipping rooms, you should walk into the house and go to the right film that room then keep going to the right until they go through the whole first floor, then go up to the second floor and do the same thing up there. Would get a better understanding of the layout of the house.
Urban Eye the first house looked like it was in Canada because the rooms had a lot of red in them please reply back with answer in my comment section .but i really enjoyed your video but every time i see these nice homes i see the lawn was mowed but the house is not cared for like don't care what happens to those homes why i don'y understand. they are real old homes dated back in 1903 they once was lived in maybe a family and one day some one dies the family leaves and no loger cares any more and they just leave them and forgets about them why don't they put it up for sale and just sell them to some one that needs a good home because some one might appreciate the home more than the other owners that once owned it. the family that now ownes don't show no intrest in these home now in 2024 it is a real shame it is real sad to see these home go to waste just rotten away . and God Bless and thanks i really enjoy your youtube channel i gave you a thumbs up and shared you out on my community tab my friend.
Than you for your comments, many of these housed have been on and off the market to sell even the price is low the cost of repairs or to restore it to high for many. Also these homes are to big for most people that don't have a large family in this day and age. Thank you for watching.
Can we findout where these 2 are as we are starting a company called Preservation Nation to try to buy these and bring them back to their former glory.
Is this beauty in some hellhole like Detroit? I’m not asking for exact location, just curious on what city or at least what state they’re in. Even if it was Detroit not like anybody could find it.
Love all of your videos. Too bad more of the elderly ones aren't saved. Such personalities they had!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!!!!!!❤❤❤

"Would no one have mercy on her!" A random barber
Thank you for watching.
And yet it still manages to look a million times better/cleaner than most $1500 rentals available nowadays.

So much to salvage. The windows are stunning as is the wodwork and fireplaces. What a shame to just let it decay.
glad you liked it. Thank you for watching.
The Soul of the past…I’d love to restore one and be able to retain its Heart. Although then I’d probably be looking for the Ghost to my Mrs. Muir…

No it is not in Detroit, I don't give locations out of respect to the owners of the property, Thank you for watching.
The music is way overdone. Too loud and distracting.
Thank you for watching.
I think the music is beautiful, and is perfect for the video!❤️
