K4's are good on altitude
Max Súarez Müller yes, but if you catch them at low speed they are screwed
The speed difference between American and German planes increases at low altitude. The F4U-4 and P-51D-30 can outrun anything German (besides some do 335s) on the deck. Before 5.3, the Germans do suffer over 6000m, but after that a lot of them are good at alt.
This guy is a very astute observer of WW2 aircraft characteristics . . . probably other eras too I'd wager. Probably an aerial fighter history buff before getting into this I'm guessing. Pretty informative posts, thanks.

This is how you fly "xyz" plane - with the help of 3 squad mates. Seriously - look at the average team - the REALITY is 90% of players play solo........ Good vids otherwise
the problem is getting a good American team, no one likes climbing very irritating great video ,I always liked the tactic videos great lessons thanks ......

I get an average of 2 to 3 kills a game no squad people don’t use flaps enough The flaps are like using thrust vectoring in the harriers people don’t realize how incredibly overpowered they are
Hey, i was the guy who were behind you in the start of the game XD i was tired of playing the entire day, but i finished spading the ki84 in the next with a 5 kill game
ki84s are scary, one of the best all around fighters in game

Is the US planes that hard to play ? You make it sound like beginners should stay far away from them :P
XD , for the last couple of weeks, I ended up meeting players who are brand new to War thunder RB, and some of them just started to play the US air tree, it was interesting the way they thought how US should play Vs how US teams actually work :P
@@GreenFuryGaming i started playing a week ago and I didn't know anything about the game and I started on US tree for aviation. It was good at 1st Tier but gradually became worse and worse as it increased. I'm at Tier 3 and it's really hard to get kills. Should just start over at British?
@@omkarpandit357 I only play U.S and british and during my time of playing, YOU MUST know your planes, ur enemy's capabilities and last but not least, Know ur planes tactical advantage (Turning time, Engine.. etc) Think strategically not rush to get kill. Analyze enemy movements and ur team's movement.

allied teams are worst but planes are good
And what is your overall opinion about 4b compared to 4? Having only 2 staged supercharger means that is not as good at high altitudes as f4u4?
Yep, but the -4B has better low alt performance.
choose the 4b, it kills instantly, even though the 4b is made for lower alts, it still out performs alot of german and russian fighters at higher alts, keep an eye on the manifold pressure and you can figure out which altitudes you are effective in
most german fighters you can out maneuver 1v1, russians cant touch you above 5000+ meters, brits and the zeros you do need team work to lure them low. :P
I play but I cant progress anymore, just stopped.. i always got dived on while diving or got an enemy on my 6 or something.. they always get me! Any tips?
Play the f4u1c, i've had a WAY easier time in that and then you can try to master it first; it's quite an easier plane to win in but i know it's not exactly the same opposition ...
I just realized that you weren't spefically speaking about the corsair. The biggest tip i can give you then is to play with some friends.. yeah it's just SO MUCH EASIER to learn if you can coordinate your loves with your buddies and talk to each other and encourage each other etc... REALLY went a long way in helping me progress personally ...
Pull straight up, it has a stronger engine compared to most props in its BR so they’ll stall out first.

So the Bf-109 K-4 is no match for the F4U-4B?
In a dogfight, yes, but if the K4 uses its climb, AKA: doesn't try to shallow climb/shallow dive/dogfight a 4B, I'd say the K4 would trump over the 4B. Just enter a merge and climb at 280km/h IAS and you should get right over the 4b.
One on one against the 4B, the Corsair can literally do nothing to counter the K4.
