Nice job Bob as always, on the money. Bob, I'm looking at pulling the trigger on a 1983 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 and want to replace the stock bulbs to LEDs on the turn signals, brake, back up, lights, etc., just like I did with our GX460. Any suggestions? I used the same folks you recommended, Auxito I believe they're called. Thanks again Bob.
I know nothing about that vehicles compatibility. Might want to input your trucks make and model in the Auxito website.

Did you mean foot brake? Yes i always use it so i don't have to put stress on my tranny. Also i've driven a manual stick shift for most of my teen years and have grown accustomed to using E-brakes as opposed to putting the tranny in gear to hold the car in place.

Nice. Lucky for me i have the Premium version of the GX and it came with OEM fogs. Correct, those OEM fogs go for $400 bucks plus. You got a great deal from dumbshit in Rialto LoL. I just wanted to see how you wired the to the switch panel. Looks like i will be pulling my bumper and doing the raptor and fog lights wiring over the same weekend. Well done for an Engineer. Whats next?

Hello Uncle Bob, I have a question: instead of using a drill to drill a hole in that fog light cover, isn't there a fog light cover to put on? I found a Lexus GX460 fog light cover on Amazon.

Did I miss something Bob? You aren’t using a relay? How come?
A relay is used when you’re not able to share power with an existing power source without affecting that power source’s output. I Wired the fog lights to the Auxbeam fuse box which acts like a relay in the sense that it draws power directly from the car’s battery and is individually fused. The Auxbeam fuse box works like a router in lieu of running 8 separate relays for 8 individual accessory. Now… if I didn’t have the Auxbeam fuse box switch panel, then I’d have to resort to using Bosch relays.

Engineer Bob, what stand do you use for the hood once you take it off. I lay it on the ground but I see how better it is using the type of stan you use. 😊
It’s a stand used to hold up a Roland or Yamaha synthesizer. Works great. I am going to get a roll of padding to pad the metal bars on the stand next.
@@GXBOBpool noodles will work great. Cheap and just cut to length. They come in different sizes and colors. Just an idea

Sorry if I missed it, but can this work be performed without removing the bumper/front fascia? I have a 2015 GX base.
Not recommended. As the space is dark , cramped, and you’ll probably have to do some of the removal and install with one hand blindly
