- Welcome to the Crowle 10k POV full race video.
It was a glorious hot sunny day on Sunday 12th May 2024 and with a challenging hilly course, this was my first opportunity since Manchester Marathon in April, to see how close to 40 minutes i could run.

the video doesnt show how hot that day was ...truly grueling .....we did good for the overs that day :)
We need to ask TH-cam to add a sensoround to the videos with heat coming of what you are watching video on?

@@PoetWithPace . Been running for approx 2 URS now. Be 61 in July. Best time so far is 44.29 min derby 10k.

Great video mate...I knew if the sun came out I would drain quickly and slow up . .so I pushed after the turn .. knowing I would slow after that anyways ..might as well be further down the track B4 I slowed one way or another ... tactic worked well on that day 😊
