Can’t remember which airbag light was up but if it’s the one with the number 2 on it then it’s just the passenger bag been deactivated on the speedo menu. Check that rear beam too, they are very prone to rust through.

On the fiesta if there's water where spark plugs are check core plugs there's 2 and are between the middle of spark plugs they are known for corroding and fills up where the spark plugs go you have to remove rocker cover to do them

Nice one grant I would fix it then sell the power on the Essesi is 160 hp it’s the comp that’s 180 the biposta is 190 and the entry level multi jet is 140 🤙
Ahh ok cool my other one had big brakes and different exhaust I was told that was 180 and it ripped definitely felt like it was but this one not so fast so could well be 160 👍👍👍👍
That’s it the 180 comp has brembos , there quick little things bought my wife a comp 4yr ago good fun the lower power ones have the smaller brakes 👍

At the very least, the Abarth can easily be parted out. The engine alone sounds perfect. The transmission might be toast from the accident, but that can be swapped out. The engine could find a home in another Abarth that blew its own engine.

Had the water in the spark plugs and misfire silly thing it was the washer jet/pip above the spark plugs definitely fix the fiat

I drove fiesta like that one from car auction for my boss someone rebuilt the engine it misfired terribly.it was miracle it got me to eastkilbirde water hose matrix was connected to fuel tank 😂😂😂 it was chugging stuttering down motorway .i kept telling the prat wasn't driving it to eastkilbirde god his motors were scrap.yours cars mate are quality wish I had space to my hobbies renovating cars great channel mate

I have worked at the place u got it from and from what I brought and other people I no that in most cases when u buy off them u can apply 4 the logbook fine but when u have the car on the road getting pulled all the time by police and cannot clear the impr and evan been told the car was not allowed on the road and had 2 take the car back 2 there yard and get my money back but still spent money on the car that I cud not get back

Hi Grant , How about doing a video of the expression on your mate's face from Gi detailing when you show him the interior of the Fiat , he'll shit himself lol , ive seen cleaner wheelie bins , Oh forgot to mention would you or you mechanic friend be able to tel me - on a 2011 fiesta 1388cc zetek when timing belt brakes dose it or doesn't it bend the valves ? As I've been told the pistons are designed with a bit clearance , I don't want to take head of if I don't need to ☆

Being an early essesse abarth they are 160 brake...easy taken to 180+..airbag light poss might be passenger air bag switched on/off...serious little cars when you mod them..monza exh is a must...

Fiesta, check the core plugs in cylinder head really common problem that's why the plug holes fill with water. £2.00 each from ford dead easy job 👍

Yep defo check, water in there is likely to be the core plug. With the leads fitted they form a pretty good seal to stop water getting in so water in there is likely to be from internally.
