Hello sir Recently i am facing some engine sound issues in my classic 350 bs3. Firstly I enquired at RE authorised service centre about the issue they said after inspecting sound of bike that 90% its a issue of crank sound and after opening the engine they will confirm. And i have shown the same to a local mechanic and he also confirmed and told that service centre will replace the crank with new in addition fuel pump, hydraulics, cluch plates and some of other parts also leading to a expenditure of around 35-40 thousand or more. So i am thinking if these parts are to be replaced with new one already so is there any possibility that i can get my 350 cc converted to a 500 cc is it possible???

Great video. If you don't mind me asking, did you use a 500 crank case also? I have been thinking about doing a 500 conversion for.many years now. I ride an lb 350 tb. The only thing stopping me is the crank case. Local lathes are not willing to undertake re machining my existing crank case saying it won't be perfectly centred and relocating the dovel and the mounting bolts will be an issue. Did you perform the conversion on the existing crankcase?

As Salam Alayqum Mohammed Rauf. Stuffing a 350cc with a 500cc Carburetor will only make your Bull more rich and pounding bull punch on your wallet. Indeed, you get settled ideal standing. There are many things to consider. 1. Is the timing correct or retarded? 2. Condition of the compression, meaning condition of the piston? 3. Airfilter and speedometer. On a slow cruise, 3 km was for sure. On a fast ride spark use to be more brighter. Bike use to slightly overheat too... on an stock vm28 with one step lifted
I need to increase 1.4cm =14 mm I want to know the cylinder wall thickness..... For increase 14mm diameter....to decrease 14÷2 = 7mm radius That's why I asked you is that possible?

That depends which Year's Bike is from If the bike is from the Heavyweight Crank era then we need only other things... if not Then we need to upgrade the crank too.
Hi Ratan till 1986/87 Bullets had come with heavy crank. If your Bullet is with you since the day one and has never been out for overhauling then should have if not I am not sure about what is inside...

What is mileage of 500cc
Mine 350 gives 40kmpL
500cc Riders do not think about Milage. Anyways, one can achieve 28 to 30kms on an ideal run. If the rider is a RAT rider, then 18 to 15kms

2 different CC'S 2 different sizes. 350cc is small

Thickness of 350cc cylinder wall? ..... can I boring 7mm in to it ?
Yes The rim needs to be bored to its specs along with moving the studs location too.

Approximately 35k for the basic Spares and about 20k for Machining followed by around 8k for miscellaneous...
