I work as infrastructure engineer and our projects located in areas where heat is so high you can't even touch your phone. Over the years and due to these severe conditions my phones always get those white spots on screen because of the heat and when it becomes unusable I had to replace the screen, which was very frequently (like 1-3 times every 3months give our take)... not until I watched your videos and decided I should go with Sony xz2 I do get black spots, but they manage to recover overnight when heat is no more😃... thank you a lot brother, really helped me save fortune on fixing screens.

charlie pepin, he said last, not update. Apple's miniscule batteries an awful lot in 2 or 3 years and the last one or two updates are only to slow it down to make it unusable. Not to mention iOS 11 was buggy as hell on almost all Apple devices.
I mean, they build them to last and they support them with updates for years. They may slow down, but so do most Android phone and at least they don't become a major security risk like when any Android phone that isn't the Pixel stops getting updates a year or two in.
if you get a sony you will have support on any native app pre-installed plus the OS and any sony phone as my experience survive easily up than 4 years or more without any freeze,crash or malfunction always responsive and fast ,also apple and samsung with the new OS on the old models they put some stuff inside the package to slowing down the system to make you change the phone once you install is irreversible can't go back ,only few people know this; well sony doesn't do this kind of business ;-)

I would suggest you to stop using the lvl 7 pick. Why? Well, if the lvl 6 one leaves a groove it's very sure to say that the lvl7 one will do it as well, and trying it only compromises the structural rigidity of the screen. It has already happened that the screen cracked during the flex where the deepest groove was
i was using sony for the last 7 years. Z2, Z Ultra, Z3 Compact, Z5, X Series. I just loved them. The OS works very smooth, no lag, error, delayed. So simple and lightweight. I hope i can afford this XZ2 very very soon.
why you need so much this jack headphone since when it has bluetooth aptX-HD ( if you might know what this mean) and a part of that the adapter is included in the box ,they don't make you pay for it as apple, and if you whatewa hearphone you use,just leave the adapter plugged in your 3,5 jack of the headphone and carry all together already plugged I don't see any difference it's a small short piece of cable , another thing you don't need a 3.5 jack since when you don't have fm radio ,at this point I'll buy a pretty nice headset bluetooth aptX or aptX-HD, and you will experience a serious audio quality but I mean real serious quality!!!! it's not a joke , think about that no one samsung flagship or under have aptX-HD ,(but only aptX and only on the top model), as my old xperia Z1 (yea,4+ years ago it was aptX already) and samsung make you pay this phone more than this XZ2 ,,I think people need to be more focus on the real featuring of the hardware that a phone could offer than the design or the 3,5 jack , now I have since the first day my Z2 (with) jack 3,5 but I use only when I need to listen the fm radio ,for the rest is 3+ year that I use it's bluetooth aptX with HI-Res audio files 24bit and to be honest when I want to enjoy music how suppose to be I always go via bluetooth ,you have definitely better quality than the wire headphone without any doubt try and see!! the XZ2 is even aptX-HD that enable 24 bit over bluetooth in few word a wireless CD...... ;-)
Chris P -Bluetooth headphones are more expensive -I don't want to be dependent of an adaptor -if you use a Bluetooth headphone you have to always charge it,if you forget then bye bye music. -What I like about smartphone is that they pretty much have every thing compress there(mp3 player,calculator,camera,video player,flashlight..) a smartphone lacking the headphone jack is like a new car lacking a gps.they are taking away a feature. -and last your phone on Bluetooth will run out of battery faster This is my point of view,I will not buy a phone without headphone jack its an insult to take it from a smartphone.

I actually found a use for the flame test this weekend. I dropped my S7 into my fire pit while it was burning and I was so worried that the screen was damaged then I remembered the amount of time the screen could last with a direct flame on it. Thanks for burning all those innocent phones Zack

Most favorite video! Holy shit was my heart aching with the metal scratches but DAMN that's something I didn't know the world has to see. Been a fan of SONY phones ever since I got my Z5 Premium Dual, but it broke, long story, now I want THIS phone. I want it more after watching the vid. Hats off to you sir!

Well, if the lvl 6 one leaves a groove it's very sure to say that the lvl7 one will do it as well, and trying it only compromises the structural rigidity of the screen. It has already happened that the screen cracked during the flex where the deepest groove was

i was using sony for the last 7 years. Z2, Z Ultra, Z3 Compact, Z5, X Series. I just loved them. The OS works very smooth, no lag, error, delayed. So simple and lightweight. I hope i can afford this XZ2 very very soon.

why you need so much this jack headphone since when it has bluetooth aptX-HD ( if you might know what this mean) and a part of that the adapter is included in the box ,they don't make you pay for it as apple, and if you whatewa hearphone you use,just leave the adapter plugged in your 3,5 jack of the headphone and carry all together already plugged I don't see any difference it's a small short piece of cable , another thing you don't need a 3.5 jack since when you don't have fm radio ,at this point I'll buy a pretty nice headset bluetooth aptX or aptX-HD, and you will experience a serious audio quality but I mean real serious quality!!!! it's not a joke , think about that no one samsung flagship or under have aptX-HD ,(but only aptX and only on the top model), as my old xperia Z1 (yea,4+ years ago it was aptX already) and samsung make you pay this phone more than this XZ2 ,,I think people need to be more focus on the real featuring of the hardware that a phone could offer than the design or the 3,5 jack , now I have since the first day my Z2 (with) jack 3,5 but I use only when I need to listen the fm radio ,for the rest is 3+ year that I use it's bluetooth aptX with HI-Res audio files 24bit and to be honest when I want to enjoy music how suppose to be I always go via bluetooth ,you have definitely better quality than the wire headphone without any doubt try and see!! the XZ2 is even aptX-HD that enable 24 bit over bluetooth in few word a wireless CD...... ;-)

-I don't want to be dependent of an adaptor
-if you use a Bluetooth headphone you have to always charge it,if you forget then bye bye music.
-What I like about smartphone is that they pretty much have every thing compress there(mp3 player,calculator,camera,video player,flashlight..) a smartphone lacking the headphone jack is like a new car lacking a gps.they are taking away a feature.
-and last your phone on Bluetooth will run out of battery faster
This is my point of view,I will not buy a phone without headphone jack its an insult to take it from a smartphone.
You will have to get used to it, because soon no phone will have one.

I actually found a use for the flame test this weekend. I dropped my S7 into my fire pit while it was burning and I was so worried that the screen was damaged then I remembered the amount of time the screen could last with a direct flame on it. Thanks for burning all those innocent phones Zack
