@@stopchasingpainwould a rash under the armpits be a sign of drainage? I started doing this a couple weeks ago and developed a little more intense rash compared to a runners rash I get periodically. Any thoughts? Would definitely appreciate any advice

I would say yes, use baking soda mixed with water under the the pits in order to detox the area. Also could be deodorant reaction with the drainage.

5 years Ive been suffering, was on the brink of ending my life. I've had caneras in every hole on my body and not one doctor has been able to explain why Ive been struggling. Had it blamed on mental health which made me think I was losing my mind even more because I could feel the pain and discomfort every day. I found this routine, tried it once and realised Ive got lymphatic and spleen problem's, now I'm booked in to get assessed and I'll take it from there. You've literally saved my life and I couldn't be more grateful, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Doctor's in Scotland have a long way to go to catch up with real healers like yourself.

@@darlingdior Indeed this is a brilliant thing to do. However now I generally do it after a quickish round of the Big 6; so as to ensure there are no blockages as the Lymph travels towards my body!

I kid you not, within a week of doing this daily, the whites of my eyes are noticeably clearer. I’ve been taken aback when seeing my own reflection, and had my partner come home from being away for four days and mention that my eyes looked ‘bright’
This is after trying various lymphatic drainage methods / Gua sha and dry brushing and never noticing any difference. Funnily enough, the big 6 is the easiest routine of all to maintain!

Hello about two or three months ago I found you for the first time on the TH-cam think flow grow. I have been following the Neck to leg Lymphatic Routine you gave us for a few months. I really enjoy it and feel that I've mastered this level of lymphatic drainage and awareness of using my lymphatic system and want to take it to the next level. I see that you have quite a few other things out there but am not quite sure what the next step is from that think flow grow video. what would be the next step after doing this for a few months? Might also help with your direction to know that I am recovering from an autoimmune disorder that is psychosomatically induced I have acupuncturist medical team all that so that's handled but that information might help or change the direction you would give me to move forward. thank you for your time

I’ve been struggling with chronic exhaustion and burnout and started doing this routine 3 weeks ago. In the beginning I went through some major detox like vomiting, migraines and itchy skin. All these symptoms are gone, but now I just feel extremely exhausted for 48 hours after doing the big 6. My already bad burnout suddenly skyrocketed to another level, so I backed off and kept doing the routine only once or twice a week but still every time I do it, I feel brain fogged, mentally and physically weak and unable to do anything at all. Is that normal, is there any hope for improvement in my energy levels, does anyone else experience anything similar or I am the only one who doesn’t get any good results?
