You remind me of my dad a lot, it’s weird. He’s older, 58, but he’s into his health since he had type 2 diabetes. Luckily his type 2 is from genetics cause he always kept a pretty healthy life. It’s the fluctuation with different diets you talk about and finally finding what worked that reminds me of him. His is low meat and healthy carbs. Low to no sugar and no heavy flours and all that
That buffalo chicken dip is fire! I nuke it with a handful of sharp cheddar, mix it up, then drizzle some Frank's Buffalo sauce on top and finish with a garnish of green onions. We like it with a baguette instead of chips. Yum!
