That rujak sauce looks so interesting, i’ve never seen someone put unripe banana or fresh pineapple in a bumbu rujak. I’m guessing the banana gives it some body like you would use flour to thicken a sauce and the pineapple gives it some acidity. Really loved the care he took in displaying all the different types of fruit too, their definitely proud of what they’re doing. And the size of that cobek! Beautiful! 😘👌🏾

Di Amerika pemilik resto dan pekerja makanan harus dapet sertifikat namanya food handle certication (Kaya cara yg benar mennyimpan, memasak makanan yg benar dan bersih) dan kapan waktu pemerintah kota datang menginspeksi resto atau cafe. Semoga pemerintah Indonesia memberikan pelatihan bagaimana menjaga kebersihan sehingga turis2 yg datang bisa menikmati makanan kaki lima aka street foods. Setiap saya pulang ke Indo saya selalu kena diarrhea dan salah penyakit yg berbahaya Itu tifus. Semoga street foods kita bisa mendunia karena Indonesian food is the best!
