@@MatthewAllenRealtor Yes if you can fill me in I heard the acreage. And other areas are nice also Wellington. I like Naples except everything’s on water and you don’t get a lot of property. My preference is a ranch style home. I would however like a fenced in yard I noticed many homes are very close together with no fences and I own a couple of dogs that I would like to be able to run in the yard safely. I want pool of course. Currently I live in a 7200 square-foot home but I’m looking for a second vacation how much smaller. Probably along the lines of anywhere from 2300 to 3500 ft.². The backyard is important to have a fenced in yard acreage is not important but a fenced in yard is an a pool nice backyard. Also if it’s possible if there’s a big room where I can put a concert grand piano in. I noticed many homes they’re not that big but they have a big open family room that I would use to put my piano and make one of the bedrooms a TV room or something like that of that nature
@@robertlulek1634 I would love to send you some properties that might work for you. If you would like, you can either email me at Matta@riflorida.com with some criteria or if it is easier, you could send me your email and I will reach out. I would love the opportunity to help you.
We just bought a house in Windermere and we have a little pond on the back of the house we also have a screened in patio so we don’t worry much about the gators
Why would anyone want a lakefront house in Florida to be attacked by alligators and snakes and mosquitoes? Better to be more inland. You’ll also save money on home prices. Less chances of flooding
