Fantastic video, very detailed and informative. I was especially interested in the schools and I got what I needed. I see a very successful realtor in these video. Thank you!
Great video Romario! I like how you went into detail and broke all the villages down. When is the new tiki bar restaurant coming to horizon west and popstroke? Love your videos man keep it up!
Thank you! I think this is as detailed as I can get without making it an hour long 😅 No confirmed date that I could find or dig through anywhere but my guess is mid-late next year.
I'm a new subscriber and I was wondering do you work with condos or just houses. I'm looking to purchase in a couple of years so I've started paying attention to the area. I want to be close to the parks but I'm looking for a condo.
Definitely can help with condos, just haven’t made a video on it….yet. You’re really limited to one area in horizon west with condos but it’s close to Disney so that’s great! Happy to help when the time comes.
Fantastic video. Thank you- we are beginning to search the area for developments that are ready to begin construction. If I heard you correctly, it sounds like Village I (Ovation) is the one we'd be interested in. If you don't mind, I have two quick questions (so far); First, is the infrastructure in place to handle the traffic sufficiently, both for now and for future development? And second, do you know which home builders are in the process of building in the Ovation area?
Hey! The right answer to the first question should be purely based on statistical analysis which I’m not currently privy to. I will say anecdotally though, it’s super easy to get around Horizon West for the most part. They are expanding and building new roadways, schools etc to help with the influx but it’ll always be virtually impossible to keep up with the amount of people moving vs time it takes to implement these things. Alot of builders have started in Ovation, visited some today actually for clients. Easier to say who isn’t selling currently i.e toll (temporarily), Taylor Morrison and Dreamfinders.
Flamingo crossing is not actually part of Horizon West and is not meant to serve as the retail center for ovation village it just close enough to be easily accessible from Horizon West. Ovation is supposed to have its own retail development.
Technically yes, flamingo isn’t apart of Village I but it is in fact the retail development for that area. There is no retail plaza planned otherwise for Village I with the exception of a small multi family deal behind Osprey Ranch that may have a store or two and a daycare. At least from what I can find. Got some insider info lol?
There is a planned village center for ovation off of Avalon Rd just South of Western Way and Flemings Rd. Anchored by yet another a publix of course and more nail salons and dentist

@@OrlandowithMario appreciate your response. We'll get down there and check it out for ourselves, probably late spring. Thanks again for your insight.
@@casperthegm741 that’s awesome! Should have a video on new builds in horizon west within the next two weeks also :)
