Why wouldnt some indian celebrity purchase this apartment when they can earn more than 6 crore from one movie? I have watched some popular celebrity home tour and comparing their current living space with this apartment i wonder sometimes . May be everyone of them has their own reason and tastes.
Or may be they don’t earn as much as it’s told. I rented my house to a celebrity, I didn’t know her but many did. Big things were said she needs more cupboards she doesn’t repeat her clothes and what not. Then madam couldn’t pay the rent on time. What they portray is not the reality. Other than the crème of the industry who already owns homes. Rest can’t afford and that’s a fact else who would not buy a house in Mumbai if that’s where they work and have so much money.
Very nice. But wondering why such a big apartment of 2300 sft was required to be built in first place & then kept a rate of 27,000/sft ++ at Parel ?, when one can get even in Lokhandwala at a lesser cost overall. I think these projects/towers are from Piramals built by L&T.

Price psf in Parel market is Average 42000 INR with upward trend of 17% growth in previous 3 years with rental yield of 4% Every year considering the best proximity to Corporate work locations like Lower Parel, Worli, BKC , CST. Also nearby approach to all time wholesale market places like Crawford market, Kalbadevi, Bhuleshwar, Zaveri Bazaar, etc making it convenient for residence of business class Gentry as well. 3. This is Underconstruction Project. 4. Lokhandwala is also nearby to 38000 to 40000 psf on average but rental yield are less comparatively. Also both the locations has their pros n cons. 5. This is not at all Piramal Project.
Sir, I am unable to see the sea in this video, and how would you, you are in parel not in worli.. 5 cross is the fair price for this apartment, solely based on data given in the video.
From Parel you get the clear sea views of Nhava Sheva. Also if you site visit you can easily see the view from actual flat. Talking about price i request you to research about pricing and market trends. Thanks.
