Beautifully done-up apartment. Liked the in-law Suite. Usually, these kinda designer apartments are not available on rental. The tenant would be lucky to enjoy this classy decor. The high point is the terrace - ideal for pet parents and/or plant parents.
Beautiful done up property with a lot of taste n elegance! 5 lac rental is too less we in navi mumbai let out property @ this rental … should atleast command 7 lac rent per month … 😊
Overall 1900 sqft carpet ...with no gas pipeline ...great view and interior but still not worth 5 lac pm rent...the owner should re-evaluate things. If he gets the deal in 5 then he must be very lucky person. All the best
You are paying for the location and view as well. If you shift the same house to other part of mumbai. It will be less. Same house in Malabar hill will be more rent.
Hi, unfurnished apartments in the same building are closing around 3.25-3.5 lacs. This is a rare find in the rental segment with the best of interiors. Rest, beauty lies in the eye of the beholder.
Thank u sir, it looks custom made Residential unit with excessive automation. It must be very expensive, beyond average indian affordability. How much is monthly rent?
Ravi bro...ghar hai kee video game😊...I feel like owner is so much attached to the flat he shouldn't give on rent either sit and chill watching race course without any horse..😉
I might not be able to afford to take this on rent. But someday would love to purchase ❤ yaar ye owner se milwao. Lot to learn from the owner. If owner is going thru comments, Namaste 🙏🏻
The property is no doubt good. I am just wondering about Ravi's skills, kudos to you man. Continuous content delivery, with so much of details explained effortlessly. I know there will be editing done, but still great content delivery.❤
It’s a beautiful house Ravi. Thank you always for inspiring us with your videos. Great job. However I would have more interested to know what the owner does for a living? Laughs 😂 kidding..
In my opinion the flat has too much of panelling which kinda makes the house look as if closing up on you.. like a labyrinth maze closing in on you trying to swallow you up.. The diner setup is just like apna udupi restaurant of the US 😊.. The colour combination is heavy and doesn't make the already cluttered living room light and spacious.. Kitchen is like kala Pani of the house.. nothing beautiful it's just made for a domestic help.. I'm just disappointed with the owner's choice and the lack of any creativity of the interior decorator.. bathroom doors are so awkward.. ughhh I feel like swiping the entire house clutter along with the too heavy and space occupying furniture.. I really loved the sit-out.. but everywhere the colour used is like mail-khao so dust is not easily seen.. The approach of the flat is too narrow with too many flats on each floor, no natural light.. Not good at all.. Nothing against you Ravi so peace.. but I just got very bothered with the design and the flat on the whole..
Dude there's a lot and when I say lot it means it's a 'Loooooooooooooot' of difference between delhi and Mumbai! Delhi has money minus class but Mumbai is still in Bombay phase. It's way more classier than delhi. Crime rates are the prime example!! So chill! We believe in chilling!!
@@FutureWarrenBuffettMy point was correct that people in Mumbai are still living as if they are in the 90s. Regarding money, it is now shifting from there to Gujarat. As for equality, in Mumbai, people still travel like sheep and goats in local trains, while we in Delhi have the most extensive metro network. You don't have the status to compare yourself with us. You still live in shanties there. Try stepping out of Mumbai and see the world; only staying in one place like a dog won't get you anywhere.🤣🤣🤣
The carpet area is only 1250 sq ft. The outdoor balcony of 650 sq ft makes it a 1900 sq ft property 😐 The owner is deluded if they think anyone is gonna fork over 5L per month for this cramped ass property 😂
One of the best home villa for someone to live like a king
Its a very well done up, luxurious space in one of the best locations✨
2-3 lakh would have been an appropriate amount too ig

Ravi Kewalramani... I like the way you present the things!
I m wondering who is the owner of this house.he must be living in more luxurious appartment. This additional flat is so much extravagant
Thanks for showong such beautiful houses
The day i shift to Mumbai, I will reach out to you for such an apartment on rent.

5lpm rental is overtly ambitious.. Similar properties in the same neighbourhood lease out for less than half this tag.. Get real

Which apartment complex is this?
Lokhandwala Shapoorji Minerva ... Mahalaxmi
Best part was Disclaimer 😂 , owner should specify no kids 😂 only singles and couples only
It’s a beautiful house Ravi. Thank you always for inspiring us with your videos. Great job.

Me watching carefully with 500 in my bank account
😂😂
😂
I have 138 but one day for sure
Looks like an art gallery 😅
Forest Essentials toiletry in the bathroom - have never seen a landlord put it for a tenant to use.
Bhai heavy deposit milega kya?
25lac budget hai puchle owner ko dega kya
Paagal hai kya?? 25 lakh mein mankhurd mein milega.. 😂😂
Nice which floor its
Is it available now?
Sir 5lakh rent bhi hota hai kya??
Even expats cannot afford this , keep rent between 2.5 - 3.5 lacs , you can get multi year lease offerings.
Should be around 3.70/Month
Cheap Kitchen Counter and doesn't match the apartment too 😂
Price ??
The owner is so particular that this flat is supposed to be in showcase 😂😂😂. Kidding .

With a year's rent (60 Lakhs), the renter can buy a 2BHK investment apartment in Andheri
It looks that property is Lokhandwala Minerva

With that much rent, could have put Central AC rather than Split AC.
It has VRV systems.
