🌾 Ancient Grains Revival: Millets, Our Forgotten Superheroes:
In the premiere episode of the "Microbiome Superhero Podcast," we embark on a journey to rediscover the ancient grains that were once the staple of our diets - Millets. Join us as we explore the historical shift from millets to modern grains like wheat and rice, unraveling the unintended consequences it has had on our health.
🌾 Gluten, Glycemic Index, and the Millet Advantage:
In our second powerful point, we delve into the critical issues of gluten in wheat and the high glycemic index of commonly consumed rice varieties. Discover the immunogenic properties of gluten and the nutritional disparities between wheat and millets. We unveil why embracing millets, championed by the pioneering work of Dr. Khader Vali, the Millet Man of India, can be a game-changer for preventing and even reversing various diseases.
🌾 Preserving Biodiversity and Nutritional Powerhouses: The Millet Revolution:
Our final powerful point spotlights the incredible biodiversity and nutritional potency of millets. We share the inspiring story of Raimati Ghuiria, a tribal guardian in Orissa, who has safeguarded 30 varieties of millets. Explore why millets are nutritional powerhouses and why it's crucial to understand the art of cooking and consuming them to unlock their full potential.
Any podcast on millets is not complete without a very special mention of Dr. Khader Vali, the millet man of India, who has done pioneering work on different millets and their effects on several disease states and how to reverse them consuming millets in a specific order for each disease.
Unlocking the potential for disease reversal lies in a simple yet powerful solution - embracing millets as nutritional heroes. Many modern diseases stem from a deficiency in vital nutrients, and the shift from nutrient-rich millets to processed grains has played a significant role in this health crisis. Millets, with their diverse range of essential nutrients, have emerged as a beacon of hope. By incorporating these ancient grains into our diets, we can address the root cause of many diseases, supplying our bodies with the missing elements required for optimal functioning. It's not just about what we avoid but what we actively include in our meals that can pave the way for healing and restoration. Let millets be the cornerstone of a holistic approach to health, proving that sometimes, the simplest solutions yield the most profound results.

Thanks for the information and usefulness of millets Switching to millets 5 years ago instantly took away the bloating and stomach gripes I would get after consuming wheat.

Was getting impatient to find no mention of Dr.Khader Valli while Sujata Gokhale Madam would keep speaking everything from the School of Dr.Khader Valli.
Just when I was geared up to comment that Sujatha Gokhale Madam is narrating Dr.Khader Valli's theories , madam began to acknowledge Dr.Khader Valli.
    Jai Khader Valli Ji.
Please watch his videos for a detailed understanding about food and health.

I have benefited immensely from health point of view by following Dr.Khader Valli's guidlines.
I also feel great when I watch other videos that promotes minor millets .
However my natural instincts incline towards Dr.Khader Valli Ji when the vloggers use Dr.Khader Valli Ji's guidelines but seldom credit Dr.Khader Valli Ji.
Thank you for your response, Madam.
